Our bright and friendly holiday flat offers 100 square metres of space for up to 5 people
In 2 bedrooms, each with a large double bed (2x2m and 2x1.60m), an extra bed can also be placed. The spacious living room is equipped with a 3-seater couch and 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a TV.
You can use Wifi free of charge.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space for the whole family to have meals together. From the kitchen you also have access to the balcony, which was added in March 2022 and offers you sun all morning, if it likes to shine.
At the back of our well-maintained garden, there is a cosy seating area for our guests and the solar-heated pool invites you for a swim.
In the 2nd bedroom of the apartment you will find relaxation in the infrared cabin. Pool and infrared cabin are for shared use. From April 2022, our guests will also have access to a hot tub (bath barrel with oven and bubble function), which is heated with a wood-burning stove. Heating time approx. 2-3 hours to approx. 30 degrees water temperature. Particularly pleasant on cooler days. The use of the infrared cabin and the hot tub is subject to a charge
For smaller children, there is a large playground just around the corner, where there is plenty to discover for the little ones.
Take time to breathe deeply again.
Whether you want to relax or spend your time actively. The Mecklenburg Lake District has something for everyone.
The many lakes or the Müritz National Park are waiting to be explored on foot or by bike. If you would like to bring a pet with you, please contact us

The Reuterstadt Stavenhagen is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District between Neubrandenburg and Güstrow and can be reached via the B 104 or the B 192.
Waren an der Müritz can be reached in 29 km, Stralsund on the Baltic Sea in 78 km.
The island of Usedom can be reached in about 1 1/4 hours. Rostock and Warnemünde are about 1 hour's drive away, Schwerin and Wismar are about 1.5 hours' drive away. Even a day trip to Berlin would be possible, with a distance of 211 km.

Equipment everything there that you need, the pool in the garden is wonderful
Location in the middle of the village so almost everything can be reached on foot
The landlords are very nice and helpful, a big praise.

Beautiful comfortable flat
You can feel very comfortable in this flat. We were immediately well received, got lots of tips for excursions and were even allowed to take part in the barbecue with friends. Stavenhagen is in the centre of many excursion possibilities. We will come again.

Holiday apartment between Müritz and Baltic Sea
We felt well taken care of and comfortable in the vacation home. We didn't miss anything. Everything was tidy and clean. The landlords are very nice and also provided us with tips. As tenants of the apartment, you can also use the very beautiful garden for relaxation. The surroundings offer a lot of opportunities for leisure activities. We would love to come back again.

Pure relaxation
Very friendly landlords, well-maintained, appealing property with pool. Large, well-equipped apartment. Many excursions and activities nearby. Historic surroundings. Highly recommended!
