Description
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and is divided into a living room, bedroom with a double bed and a double bunk bed, bathroom with shower and a spacious kitchen, which has all the necessary electrical appliances, such as refrigerator and freezer, cooker and oven, as well as microwave and dishwasher. Kettle, coffee maker and toaster are of course also included. A separate dining table offers enough dining space for up to 5 people.
In the living room there is a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player and a Wii console for entertainment. In the bedroom there is also a TV with DVD player, radio/CD player and a games table for the little ones. Unfortunately, TV reception is not possible here.
For the children, there is a variety of play equipment in the garden, such as a playhouse, high bar, swing, trampoline and even a large kettle car to pass the time.

Location and surroundings of object
Ivenack is an idyllic little town in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. From here, excursion destinations in Stavenhagen, Waren, Malchin, Demmin, Teterow, Altentreptow and Neubrandenburg are inviting and can be reached in about half an hour. A small bathing lake is in the immediate vicinity. A very nice swimming pool in the middle of the forest can also be reached quickly in about 5 km. Ivenack is famous for its almost 1000-year-old oaks, which can be admired in a fenced-in nature and wildlife garden. They are among the oldest oaks in Germany. In addition, fallow deer and Turopolje pigs can be marvelled at up close. In this area, there is now also a treetop path, from which you can now meet the oaks at eye level.
The holiday flat is in a prime location in Ivenack, directly at the park with the Ivenack lake. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and go for long walks or bike rides in nature. In the garden belonging to the house you can let your children romp around without hesitation and even relax in a deck chair. Children's playground equipment is of course available and can be used. For excursions by bike, several bicycles are available free of charge.

A holiday close to nature with a recreation factor
Very nice landlady who always gets back to us quickly and always took time for our questions. She was also kind enough to send us a forgotten DVD free of charge after our holiday. The flat is very large and bright, as well as decorative and detailed (upper floor apartment) and really has everything you need. Only the neighbour's animals (dog and rooster) were a bit disturbing in the early hours. Conclusion: This is the second time we have stayed in Ivenack and we would love to come back.
