Description
The holiday flat is located in the attic of a semi-detached house and is divided into living room with kitchen/dining area, children's room with 2 (+1) single beds and toys, bathroom with bathtub and a sleeping loft with double bed, which can be reached from the living room by means of a somewhat steep staircase. The small kitchen integrated into the living room has all the necessary electrical appliances, such as fridge/freezer, cooker and oven, as well as microwave and dishwasher. Kettle, coffee maker and toaster are of course also included. A separate dining table offers enough dining space for up to 5 people.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV with satellite reception, DVD player and a Wii console for entertainment. In the children's room there is also a TV with DVD player, CD player and a Playstation 2 with games for different age groups for the little ones. Unfortunately, TV reception is not possible here.
For the children, there is a variety of play equipment in the garden, such as a playhouse, high bar, swing, trampoline and even a large kettle car to pass the time.

Location and surroundings of object
Ivenack is an idyllic little town in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. From here, excursion destinations in Stavenhagen, Waren, Malchin, Demmin, Teterow, Altentreptow and Neubrandenburg are inviting and can be reached in about half an hour. A small bathing lake is in the immediate vicinity. A very nice swimming pool in the middle of the forest can also be reached quickly in about 5 km. Ivenack is famous for its almost 1000-year-old oaks, which can be admired in a fenced-in nature and wildlife garden. They are among the oldest oaks in Germany. In addition, fallow deer and Turopolje pigs can be marvelled at up close. In this area, there is now also a treetop path, from which you can now meet the oaks at eye level
The holiday flat is in a prime location in Ivenack, directly at the park with the Ivenack lake. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and go for long walks or bike rides in nature. In the garden belonging to the house you can let your children romp around without hesitation and even relax in a deck chair. Children's playground equipment is of course available and can be used. For excursions by bike, several bicycles are available free of charge.

Top family holiday...enchanting accommodation ideal with children
A successful holiday, the flat has everything you need as a family. The children have a thousand possibilities to play on site, the children's room is equipped with Palymobil and Lego and a PlayStation so that even in bad weather the children can't get bored. The garden is completely fenced in, so you can even take your dog with you without any problems. There are also bicycles, a trampoline and swings
We can only recommend this flat to everyone - Waren is only 25 minutes away. You can even visit Rügen and Stralsund on a day trip without any problems. Ivenack is worth a trip, we will be back ♥️

Highly recommended
The vacation apartment can be highly recommended. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Even the children were taken care of with the Wii game console. For example, if you want to play a little soccer, no problem, because the old sports field is right behind the property. We thank the landlady and will gladly come back.

The holiday apartment in Ivenack is highly recommended. The rooms are very nicely furnished and everything you need is available. Very quiet location. There is a lot available for children (toys & playground equipment). We felt very comfortable.

Very satisfied
We were very satisfied with this accommodation. Nothing was missing and we felt very comfortable. Especially for families with children, it is very nice. Toys are available in abundance, whether indoors or outdoors. On our arrival, the go-kart was broken, one phone call and 30 minutes later it was repaired. An all-around carefree package.

Urlaub in Ivenack
Wir haben sehr schöne Zeit in Ivenack gehabt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, das Badezimmer ist auch Top.Im schönen Garten gibt's viel Spielraum für kleine Kinder und für uns Erwachsene ein Grill neben eine überdachte Terrasse.In der Garage stehen Fahrräder die wir jeden Tag benutzten, ausserdem gibt's Bälle und Federbälle zum spielen.
Der Ivenacker See ist paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt und es gibt noch ein beheitzte Waldbad zu dem wir mit der Fahrräder durch Ivenack Eichen Park gefahren sind.Wir haben in dieser Woche keine 22°Grad aber das Wasser hat 28°Grad gehabt,und nach 18Uhr bezahlt man ein halbe Preis (4€ Erwachsene nach 18Uhr- 2€).
Zum empfehlen ist der Ivenack Eichen Park der 10 min.zu Fuss zu erreichen ist .
Frau Schwarz hat in der Wohnung viele Flyer von der Umgebung, man kann sehr viel unternehmen.
Wir haben leider nicht alles sehen können, aber wir wissen schon wo wir nächstes Jahr Urlaub planen können.
Ps."Ich entschuldige mich für Fehler und meine Grammatik(bin nicht in Deutschland geboren )aber ich hoffe das man trotzdem verstehen kann wie schön Ivenack ist.
Ich kann noch so viel ,viel schreiben aber ich empfehle das alles selber zu Erleben.
