The "Hammerhütte"; - the comfort group house in the Sauerland NEW from mid-September! There is hardly any group house in the Sauerland where you will find such great modern equipment. The ideal accommodation for the extended family, hiking groups, mountain bikers or 2 friend families - with perfect rooms and a convenient location for your group holiday. Two dogs are welcome! Parties are not allowed! Comfortable smoke-free group house for 10 people with WiFi, 1500vm property; ample parking space, 160vm living area; large common room on the ground floor with open kitchen and winter garden with fireplace, five double bedrooms (all with TV) and another living kitchen, each with modern shower room and bathtub; large south-west-facing terrace and child-friendly equipment. Bed linen/towels are included! The house will be extensively renovated and redecorated in spring/summer 2021 - expected to be classified with 4 stars in autumn! Distribution of the flat below: - Living room with large seating area and TV.

As a precautionary measure with regard to party tourism, we would like to inform you that we value cultured guests and we do not allow "excessive sociability" - such as parties, loud music and other lavish celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you have fun in pubs - but behave nicely at home and are considerate of the neighbours, you will be welcome guests. Here, we ask for an objective self-assessment whether you fit in with us.
Please also note §12 of our general terms and conditions! No rental to pure party clubs, JGAs, "sociable" sports clubs, twentieth-century groups under 30! TIP: Brilon-Wald is not subject to tourist tax - however, this means that there is also no compulsory Sauerland Card. With the Sauerland Card you enjoy many discounts and can use bus & trains free of charge throughout the Sauerland. The central train hub Brilon-Wald is just 300 metres from the house. So you can quickly get to Brilon, Willingen, Korbach, Marsberg and all places in the Ruhr region by train (Olsberg, Bestwig (transfer to Winterberg) Meschede and Arnsberg. Beautiful accommodation, everything as described. Located between Brilon and Willingen. Clean house ideal for families. Train station nearby. Hiking trails available.

We had a problem with the dishwasher, but when we just turned it on before we left, it leaked water from the bottom, so we turned it off and the dishes are still in it. Thank you for everything. A real hammer hut!
We take a large family vacation every year, but we have never found a group house as modern and lovingly furnished as the Hammerhütte. There is nothing missing here; there are several living areas and even a dog shower. This house is simply great and highly recommended for all large families. You can reach Willingen, Brilon, and Olsberg in 10 minutes by car. We will definitely come back - thank you.

Beautiful house
We had a wonderful week. The house is just super nice. Our children felt comfortable, and the dog was warmly welcomed. We are happy to come back for a vacation.
