The "Hammerhütte"; - the comfort group house in the Sauerland NEW from mid-September! There is hardly any group house in the Sauerland where you will find such great modern equipment. The ideal accommodation for the extended family, hiking groups, mountain bikers or 2 friend families - with perfect rooms and a convenient location for your group holiday. Two dogs are welcome! Parties are not allowed! Comfortable smoke-free group house for 10 people with WiFi, 1500vm property; ample parking space, 160vm living area; large common room on the ground floor with open kitchen and winter garden with fireplace, five double bedrooms (all with TV) and another living kitchen, each with modern shower room and bathtub; large south-west-facing terrace and child-friendly equipment. Bed linen/towels are included! The house will be extensively renovated and redecorated in spring/summer 2021 - expected to be classified with 4 stars in autumn! Distribution of the flat below: - Living room with large seating area and TV.

Second small fully equipped kitchen on the first floor also with dishwasher.PLEASE NOTE - important information for clubs !!!
As a precautionary measure with regard to party tourism, we would like to inform you that we value cultured guests and we do not allow "excessive sociability" - such as parties, loud music and other lavish celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you have fun in pubs - but behave nicely at home and are considerate of the neighbours, you will be welcome guests. Here, we ask for an objective self-assessment whether you fit in with us.
Please also note §12 of our general terms and conditions! No rental to pure party clubs, JGAs, "sociable" sports clubs, twentieth-century groups under 30! TIP: Brilon-Wald is not subject to tourist tax - however, this means that there is also no compulsory Sauerland Card. We recommend our guests the optional additional purchase of the Sauerland Card for 1 € person/night. With the Sauerland Card you enjoy many discounts and can use bus & trains free of charge throughout the Sauerland. The central train hub Brilon-Wald is just 300 metres from the house. So you can quickly get to Brilon, Willingen, Korbach, Marsberg and all places in the Ruhr region by train (Olsberg, Bestwig (transfer to Winterberg) Meschede and Arnsberg. Cyclists can ideally return by train at the end of the bike ride. Voluntary You can book the Sauerland Card through the FewoZentrale. attention !!! Ideal for hikers: the feeder to Rothaarsteig / Briloner-Kammweg runs directly behind the house. The train station of Brilon-Wald is just 300 metres from the house (bus & train in Sauerland free with the Sauerland Card).WILLINGEN / Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: four-season holiday in the most visited holiday resort of the low mountain range. Willingen (550-843 m) is a climatic spa and winter sports resort; Its wide range of recreational activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen is equally popular with young and old with the slogan: Everything I want ! Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 90 days before the day of arrival.
- Tenancy law in accordance with the German Civil Code (BGB) applies to all holiday properties booked through FewoZentrale Willingen - and no travel law! With your booking a binding rental agreement is concluded! If you cancel the apartment, we will try to rent it out to someone else. If we succeed in this, you are released from the rental agreement. There is only a cancellation fee of €50. If we do not succeed in this, we will calculate the rental price less any expenses saved (approx. 10-20% of the rental price).

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach super schön. Unsere Kinder haben sich wohlgefühlt und der Hund war herzlich willkommen. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder zum Urlaub machen.

Simply great!
Coming in and feeling comfortable right away, that's Hammerhütte! A vacation from the first moment, because this house is so lovingly and comfortably furnished. We were eight people and will definitely come back. An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to escape everyday life. THANK YOU
