Description
This well maintained property m²liegt north of the island - Parque Holandes.
Through the beautiful hillside can be enjoyed from the magnificent gardens and terraces have fantastic views to the Atlantic Ocean.
The villa is divided into three beautiful completed residential units. Each unit has direct access to private terrace with sun loungers for relaxing sunbathing, barbecue and sea views. So many warm evenings you can spend a good wine and fresh grilled food and simply enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.
The fully and tastefully furnished units offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
In the comfortable living areas are satellite TV, flat screen TV, DVD player, comfortable sofa, separate dining area with dining table and wine with select Spanish wines.
The kitchens are modern and fully equipped with plenty of crockery and all kitchen appliances.
For each unit includes a washing machine and iron and hair dryer, so that a longer stay is not handicapped. Cot and highchair are available.
Refrigerator filling for the initial. Sheets, towels and beach towels are available for change.
Unit A: Living area 140m² - 4 people + 2 infants
It features an elegant ambience and a quality interior.
You will be welcomed in a custom rustic bar with TV, stereo, refrigerator and dining table overlooking the sea.
The living room is furnished in country-style (3 - and 2 of his leather sofa, rustic cabinets) in kitchen you have all the usual paraphernalia, such as fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of dishes for 12 people. Charming details round off the ambience. The two bedrooms of the house were each equipped with a large wardrobe, 2 single beds, a double bed and ensure restful nights.

Great holiday home
We had beautiful days on the sunny island, a really nice and well-equipped holiday home and a very nice landlord! The house was very clean, the towels and bed linen were fresh. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - we can really recommend the house and the landlord! Many greetings from the Schiebel family

Always super happy to do it again
Super great house that leaves nothing to be desired. Lots of space, great facilities and absolutely quiet. The most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura are practically on the doorstep. We had a wonderful vacation and have already booked again.

Vacation with friends
We booked this house for the first time. We were completely satisfied and felt comfortable. Those who spend their vacation days here should have a rental car. Everything you need is available and it's a quiet vacation. Highly recommended for those who do not want hotel service.

Exklusive Ferienvilla der besonderen Art
Seit 2010 verbringen wir unsere Urlaube in Parque Holandes. In der Regel zweimal pro Jahr für drei Wochen. Einmal sogar dreimal im Jahr. Den Gastgebern Marion und Karl Laiminger gelingt, genau das bereit zu stellen, was uns entspricht. Großzügige, preiwerte ruhige Villen mit allem Komfort in einer Siedlung, die von Einheimischen, einigen wenigen Franzosen, Schweizern, Italienern und Deutschen bewohnt ist. Es ist keine Touristenhochburg, es existiert nicht ein Hotel in Parque Holandes. Wer Animation, Party und Shopping sucht, der ist hier nicht richtig. Das findet man an anderen Orten der Insel. Zu der am Berg aufsteigenden herrlichen Siedlung mit Meerblick zieht es Menschen, die Ruhe suchen, für sich sein wollen und dabei liebevoll und unaufdringlich von ihren Gastgebern persönlich unterstützt werden. Die weißen Strände von Corralejo sind nicht weit, El Jablito, ein uriges Fischerdorf kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Sicherlich, hier braucht man ein Auto, schnell ist man in Corralejo, La Oliva oder Puerto del Rosario, zum Flanieren, Shoppen oder Essengehen.

Great townhouse, great amenities and very spacious.
We were two people in the beautiful holiday home in Fuerteventura for 2 weeks. Everything was simply perfect here, tasteful furnishings, perfectly equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, large terrace, pool right next door, etc. All in all, 2 great weeks in a truly comfortable, spacious house. The nearby beaches are simply fantastic. A heartfelt thank you to the nice landlords!
