Pure luxury/ fantastic location

First of all, the nice contact should be mentioned. Whether by email or during the handover on site, very helpful and friendly.
The location is great, most of the bedrooms have a view of the Baltic Sea. The living area, the kitchen, the terrace and the upper lounge are all facing the Baltic Sea. In the mornings and evenings you can watch the deer, which even stood right by the fence.
The house is by far the most luxurious we have booked so far. Electric shutters everywhere. Even the awning is electric. There are motion detectors in the stairwell, so there was no need to look for and operate light switches. Ideal if you have children with you. The pool is huge and the water was at the perfect temperature for us.
And at the end of the day, a cosy evening at the cinema. If you don't get your money's worth in this house, you're beyond help!
The bakery that comes directly to the car park in front of the house several times a week was also great. Otherwise, just walk a few metres and you can get fresh bread rolls etc. in a mini supermarket.

Zuerst mal ist der nette Kontakt zu erwähnen. Ob per Mail oder bei der Übergabe vor Ort, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist toll, von den meisten Schlafzimmern hat man Ostseeblick. Der Wohnbereich, die Küche, Terasse und der obere Aufenthaltsraum ist auf die Ostsee ausgerichtet. Morgens und Abends kann man die Rehe beobachten, die sogar direkt mal am Zaun standen. Das Haus ist mit Abstand das luxuriöseste das wir bisher gebucht haben. Überall elektrische Rollläden. Auch die Markise ist elektrisch. Im Treppenhaus sind Bewegungsmeldern angebracht, somit musste kein Lichtschaltern gesucht und bedient werden. Ideal wenn Kinder dabei sind. Der Pool ist riesig und das Wasser war für uns perfekt temperiert. Und zum Abschluss des Tages noch ein gemütlicher Kinoabend. Wer in diesem Haus nicht auf seine Kosten kommt, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen! Super war auch der Bäcker der mehrmals die Woche morgens direkt auf den Parkplatz vor dem Haus kommt. Ansonsten nur ein paar Meter laufen und man bekommt in einem Minisupermarkt frische Brötchen usw. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!
