You live in the attic of the lovingly renovated Villa Seeadler in the spa architecture style, in a quiet and central location. The beach is only about 150 metres away. The flat is 55 square metres in size and is furnished with rustic Scandinavian country house furniture. It was freshly renovated in 2020. It offers a total of five sleeping places (double bed (140x200) in the partitioned veranda in the living room, double bed (180x200) in the open loft in the living room, single bed (90x200) in the children's room). In the living room, a large built-in fireplace invites you to end a romantic evening. The floors are covered with new vinyl and tiles. In the modern spacious bathroom there is a whirlpool to pamper yourself, a wellness shower and a heated towel rail. The flat has its own parking space and a lockable bicycle room. The equipment of the holiday flat Bussard leaves nothing to be desired. This includes WLAN, smart TV with streaming function, DVD player, DVD movies, books, CD radio, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker + Senseo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, foldable changing mat, baby cot and chair and much more.

Great location
A really great holiday flat. Top modern and clean (except for the mattresses, which were really unhygienic and full of stains). Also close to the beach and centrally located. Unfortunately it was negative that the whirlpool was emphasised, but it didn't work on site, which was very disappointing. It was also a pity that there was no compensation or similar, as this was already a highlight of the flat, which is what we paid for. In addition, we had either overlooked or initially overlooked the fact that there was no oven, but only a microwave, which limited some things. However, we would still recommend the accommodation to others.

Leider ist der Whirlpool derzeit nicht funktionstüchtig. Leider ist es derzeit sehr schwierig, Handwerker zeitnah zur Reparatur zu finden. Winterurlaub auf der Insel
Helle, schöne Wohnung! Sogar mit Kamin und Badewanne mit Whirpool-Funktion- perfekt für den Winter. Und auch bis zum Strand waren es nur maximal 10 Minuten. Ich komme gerne wieder :-)

Nice accommodation for a long weekend
I spontaneously got a great last-minute offer for the holiday flat from the Heuer family. Everything went very smoothly and quickly, so that I was able to go for a walk on the Baltic Sea the very next day
I really liked the flat with its really stylish and cosy furnishings. You do have to climb a few stairs, but you have a view of the inland sea. In addition, the flat is centrally located - a maximum of 10 minutes to the Baltic Sea and shopping shops can be reached in 5 minutes. Everything to my satisfaction.
