We offer you a beautiful holiday flat for max. 4 persons. Our holiday flat "Dompfaff" is exclusively furnished in country house style and is located on the 1st floor with balcony. It has 1 bedroom, a comfortable living room with a good sofa bed and dining table, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and a bathroom with shower. A TV and a CD radio are of course available
The floors are tiled and the bedroom has high-quality laminate flooring. The spacious bathroom has a shower and a heated towel rail
In the basement of the house there is a coin-operated sauna for our guests, where you can relax and unwind
You can safely store your bicycles in our bicycle cellar
For our younger guests, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.
The exclusive and tasteful furnishing of the holiday flat Sperling leaves nothing to be desired. Wifi access is available free of charge. We warmly welcome you!

Location and surroundings of object
Our flat is located in Oiestr. 1a, approx. 200m from the white, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. The centre of the village is about 400m away.
Zinnowitz is the most beautiful place in the north of the island, with an approx. 2 km long beautiful beach promenade and a fine sandy beach.
Good shopping facilities, restaurants, a new indoor seawater swimming pool, tennis courts, sports hall as well as theatre (Vineta Festival and the Tin Box) and cinema are available in the village. The "Vineta-Festspiele" and the "Blechbüchse" are only a few minutes away. You can explore the island directly from your doorstep via the well-signposted cycle path network.
