Description
You will stay in the Abendmond holiday flat on the first floor of the lovingly renovated Villa Helga in a central location in Zinnowitz. It is only about 700 metres to the beach. The flat is 36 square metres in size and is equipped with modern furniture. It was completely renovated in 2019. It offers a total of four sleeping places. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x200). In the separate veranda, which can be darkened, there is a sofa bed (140x200). In the living room there is a modern kitchen. The floors are covered with rustic vinyl. In the modern bathroom there is a wellness shower for pampering. The lockable bedroom and bathroom of the flat are just opposite the living room. To reach these two rooms, you have to cross the narrow communal hallway. The flat has its own parking space and bicycle storage. On the terrace you can enjoy the evening with the barbecue and a fire bowl. The amenities of the Abendmond holiday flat leave nothing to be desired. This includes free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, baby cot, baby high chair, foldable changing mat and much more.
There are two further accommodation units in the villa with a total of 10 additional sleeping places, which can also be booked together.

Zinnowitz is one of the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. The centrally located "Bernsteintherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.

Nice apartment
Thanks for the nice stay. The apartment was clean and the process was uncomplicated. We would rent again for our next stay in Usedom. The shop in the building doesn't bother at all, where we had concerns at first. Due to the location, the city center and the beach can be reached easily within a few minutes on foot.

Schöner Urlaub
Es waren ein paar sehr schöne Tage.Die Unterkunft war gut,leider hatte unser Hund peobleme mit der Steilen Treppe zur Wohnung. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

We had a nice vacation in the centrally located apartment. The beach is only a few minutes away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Because of its central location, it is a bit noisy in the evenings.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung haben wir in perfektem Zustand vorgefunden. Alles super sauber, die Ausstattung in neuwertigem Zustand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und zuvorkommend..auch die Lage lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Preis/ Leistung entspricht in vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen .. übertrifft diese sogar.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung. Natürlich war es schon etwas kalt aber im Sommer ist die Außenanlage sicher schön zu nutzen. Aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß - und dann ist man am Strand.

Ganz spontan haben wir ein Wochenende auf Usedom verbracht. Familie Heuer war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sofort auf unsere Anfrage geantwortet. Dazu haben wir noch einen unschlagbaren Preis gezahlt.
Mit der Wohnung waren wir auch sehr zufrieden - gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, sauber und hell. Alles in Zinnowitz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Für alle anderen Städte sollte man ein Auto dabei haben.
