You live in the Morgensonne holiday flat on the ground floor of the lovingly renovated Villa "Helga" in a central location in Zinnowitz. It is only about 700 metres to the beach. The flat is 72 sqm and is equipped with modern furniture. It has been freshly renovated in 2019. It offers a total of six sleeping places. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (180x200) and a bunk bed (2x 90x200). In the second bedroom there is a double bed (140x200). In the living room, a beautiful fireplace invites you to end a romantic evening. The floors are covered with rustic laminate. In the modern bathroom there is a bathtub to pamper yourself. The flat has its own parking space and bicycle storage. On the terrace you can enjoy the evening with the barbecue. The equipment of the Morgensonne holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired. This includes free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, baby cot, baby high chair, foldable changing mat and much more

Zinnowitz is one of the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. The centrally located "Bernsteintherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.
There are cultural attractions for every taste. Just mention the fantastic open-air theatre show "Vineta" or the spa concerts on the promenade.

Central location. Short distances to shopping, beach, and dining. This is very nice. Unfortunately, located very close to a traffic roundabout, which made it very loud. The parking spaces at the house are very tight.

Urlaub
We had a lovely week in the holiday apartment "Morning Sun". It wasn't far to go shopping, eating out, or to the beach, and the train station wasn't far away either. Our children also really enjoyed it.

I can only recommend it. The flat is very well equipped and technically up to date. Dog friendly as everything is tiled and laminated. Own parking space, also possible to do the washing. We got to know the landlord and he was very friendly. We will come again. Enough space also for children, just great.
