You live in the Morgensonne holiday flat on the ground floor of the lovingly renovated Villa "Helga" in a central location in Zinnowitz. It is only about 700 metres to the beach. The flat is 72 sqm and is equipped with modern furniture. It has been freshly renovated in 2019. It offers a total of six sleeping places. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (180x200) and a bunk bed (2x 90x200). In the second bedroom there is a double bed (140x200). In the living room, a beautiful fireplace invites you to end a romantic evening. The floors are covered with rustic laminate. In the modern bathroom there is a bathtub to pamper yourself. The flat has its own parking space and bicycle storage. On the terrace you can enjoy the evening with the barbecue. The equipment of the Morgensonne holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired. This includes free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, baby cot, baby high chair, foldable changing mat and much more
There are two further accommodation units in the villa with a total of 8 additional sleeping places, which can also be booked together.

Zinnowitz is one of the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. I can only recommend it. The flat is very well equipped and technically up to date. Dog friendly as everything is tiled and laminated. Own parking space, also possible to do the washing. We got to know the landlord and he was very friendly. We will come again. Enough space also for children, just great.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir waren für 4 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die FW ist sehr gut ausgestattet und läßt keine Wünsche offen.
Die kurzen Wege zur Promenade und zum Strand sind genial.
Wir werden sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Erholung sieht anders aus
Das Objekt befindet sich direkt an einem Kreisverkehr und an einer Einfall.- und Ausfallstraße. Der Straßenverkehrslärm ist selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern (2 fach Verglasung) störend. Die beiden SZ sind mit Möbeln vollgestellt und der Wohlfühlfaktor liegt bei uns weit im Minusbereich.

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es nicht mal 10min Fußweg.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung
Wir waren zu zweit für ein kurzes Wochenende zu Besuch in Zinnowitz.
Der Aufenthalt begann etwas turbulent - bei der Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas schiefgegangen. Dies wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend vom Vermieter geklärt. Dafür möchten wir uns noch einmal herzlich bedanken.
Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt an der Wohnung in einem abgesperrten Hof.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub!
Die Ausstattung ist wirklich schön. Frisch renoviert und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 5min zu Fuß. Einfach traumhaft.
Auch die Buchung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben sehr schnell eine Antwort auf unsere Anfrage bekommen, sodass wir relativ spontan noch ein paar schöne Sommertage auf der Insel Usedom verbringen konnten.
Wir würden sicher wiederkommen.
