Our large maisonette "Helena" in our thatched DHH is fully equipped and modernly furnished. On 90m² spread over 2 floors you will find 2 bedrooms, kitchen with large dining area, bathroom, living room and balcony.
The bright dining area with fully equipped kitchen leads to the bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, the high-quality bathroom with shower and bathtub and the balcony.
The balcony with southeast orientation and meadow view invites you to linger.
You reach the cosy living area via a staircase to the bright attic. Here you can end the day comfortably on the large couch
All rooms have underfloor heating, in the attic wall radiators.
The flat has a parking space on the property.

You can easily reach the Baltic Sea beach in 15 minutes on foot, in 5 minutes by bike or by car. Here you will find restaurants as well as fresh and smoked fish.
The beautiful Kölpinsee lake, 1.5 km away, is a wonderful place to hike.
The Achterwasser, 1.3 km away, with restaurants and a boat harbour, invites you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The Baltic seaside resort of Koserow can be reached in a short time by bike, a leisurely walk, train or car. Here, in addition to Karl's strawberry farm, where not only children have fun, there are numerous restaurants (including on the pier), shopping facilities, a pharmacy, a petrol station and a department store.
You can also quickly reach Ückeritz via Stubbenfelde, which offers further recreational opportunities.

Simply great!
We were with our two children over New Year's Eve in the upper holiday apartment in the house of the Stenzel family. The apartment is very nice, modern, bright, spacious, and super equipped! We didn't miss anything (except for the bedding) ? It's a pity that it couldn't be added to this holiday apartment! Otherwise, the holiday apartment is well located. With the car, we were quickly in nearby places: Heringsdorf, Zinnowitz, Kölpinsee... the fireworks were a dream!
Also, the communication with the Stenzel family was always very friendly and helpful with questions! We would love to come back...

Beautiful apartment
The apartment is just as beautiful and cozy as seen in the pictures. In the large living area and the upstairs living room, you can also spend pleasant hours even in bad weather. Cooking is fun in the modern kitchen. The cutlery drawer has a second level, which we unfortunately did not discover during our stay. Therefore, here is a corrected review.
Bicycles are recommended and can be parked in a shed. This way, you can reach the beach, the backwaters, the train station, and the supermarket in just a few minutes.
The organization and communication with the landlords was excellent!

Moderne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet.
Es fehlt dort auch in punkto Küchenausstattung an nichts. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Unseren Urlaub verbrachten wir in dieser wunderschönen neuen, liebevoll eingerichteten Reetdach-Wohnung, die sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt.
Wir fanden alles so schön vor, wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet ist.
Die tolle Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Der Balkon ist vor neugierigen Blicken geschützt.
Es ist genügend Platz für 4 Personen vorhanden.
Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Stenzel war von Anfang an sehr angenehm und schnell.
Hier haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen!
