Here is the English translation of your text: --- **1. Conclusion of Contract** The accommodation contract is considered concluded as soon as a holiday apartment is ordered by the guest and the order is confirmed by the landlord or the apartment is made available at short notice. For the benefit of both contracting parties, the booking should be made in writing. **2. Landlord's Obligations** The landlord undertakes to make the holiday apartment available to the guest in accordance with the booking documents. Should the landlord, despite confirmation, be unable to provide the holiday apartment, he is obliged to pay compensation for damages. The landlord is also obliged to re-let reserved holiday apartments as soon as possible if the guest cannot fulfill the contract, and to refund the compensation paid in accordance with §§ 3 para. 2, 4 of this contract in whole or in part. The contractual liability of the landlord for damages caused to the tenant for which the landlord is responsible, and which are not bodily injuries, is limited to three times the value of the agreed service, unless there is gross negligence or intent. **3. Guest's Obligations** A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is due within 14 days after conclusion of the rental contract. The remaining payment is to be made by bank transfer 7 days before arrival. According to § 537 BGB, the tenant is not released from the obligation to pay the rent if he is unable to use the rented property for a reason attributable to himself. Personal reasons include all reasons within the guest's personal sphere, e.g. vacation ban, illness, death, etc., or reasons for which the landlord is not responsible, e.g. bad weather. If the guest nevertheless withdraws from the contract before the start of the stay or arrives later or departs earlier than agreed, he is obliged to pay the landlord the agreed rental price minus the saved expenses for the days on which he does not use the reserved holiday apartment. A free withdrawal from the contract by the guest is only possible if the landlord exceptionally gives his consent. **4. Standard Rates for Saved Expenses** According to established case law, the following values are generally applied as saved expenses: - 15% of the agreed price for overnight stays, - 20% of the agreed price for overnight stays with breakfast, - 30% of the agreed price for overnight stays with half board. **5. Arrival and Departure** The day of arrival and departure are considered as one rental day and are charged as such. On the day of arrival, the guest has access to the booked holiday apartment from 3:30 p.m., unless otherwise individually agreed. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the holiday apartment by 10 a.m. **6. Prices** The valid overnight prices for the holiday apartments can be viewed in the current price list on the internet. In any case, the price agreed and confirmed with the landlord is decisive. **7. Severability Clause** Should individual provisions of this accommodation contract be wholly or partially invalid or become invalid, the existence and validity of the legal relationship and the remaining provisions of this accommodation contract shall not be affected. In such cases, the contracting parties undertake to agree on a provision that, as far as legally possible, comes closest to the economic purpose pursued by the invalid provision, taking into account the interests expressed in the existing legal relationship. Only if an adjustment is not possible, the statutory provisions shall apply. **8. Place of Jurisdiction** The place of jurisdiction is Wolgast.

practical and beautiful holiday flat, super location
We are very satisfied in this holiday flat. The view of the Achterwasser is worth many photos. The flat is clean and well furnished. There is nothing to complain about. The 5 days are now unfortunately over, but we will be happy to come back.

We stayed with our granddaughter at Aquarius in Loddin. We liked the apartment, everything was clean and had everything we needed. The wonderful view of the Achterwasser is hard to beat. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Beautiful vacation apartment, best location, nice landlord.
We were in the Aquarius in Loddin for the first time in July this year, and we really liked it. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean, and had a great view of the Achterwasser.

2010 a great accommodation but unfortunately very run down
Duvets are not acceptable. Mattresses and bed slats are worn out. No oven or similar. Shower partition broken, only one panel left. Sofa, armchair, and chair cushions dirty. Entire lighting system uses first-generation energy-saving bulbs, takes forever to get bright. Bathroom poorly lit, too dark. Mold on bathtub rim. Very poor water pressure, barely washes away sand during shower. Poor flushing in the toilet...
Minimal equipment for dishes and cutlery, only 2 cups in the cabinet for up to 5 people...
Dripping faucet at the sink and dripping toilet flushing...
Absolute chaos in the parking lot when the house is full, nothing works and no possibility to park directly on the street.

Wir nehmen Ihre Worte sehr ernst und möchten auf Ihre Kritikpunkte eingehen:
Wir renovieren die Wohnungen jedes Jahr im Winter. Die Wohnungen und das Haus wurden 2017 komplett renoviert. (Fußboden, Küche, Polster, Fassade usw.). Die Polstermöbel werden regelmäßig aufgepolstert und neu bezogen. Die Lattenroste und Matratzen sind 2 Jahre alt. Wir haben bewusst eine mittlere Härte gewählt. Die Härte der Lattenroste ist verstellbar.
Sie hätten uns ansprechen können, einige Punkte hätten wir direkt abstellen können:
Wir haben z.B. andere Betten, für Gäste die keine Federbetten möchten, die Mikrowelle hat eine Aufbackfunktion, wir haben andere LED Birnen im Austausch, wenn die Sparbirnen defekt sind, Besteck und Geschirr haben wir ausreichend da. Es sind in der Wohnung Geschirr und Besteck für 6 Personen . Wir haben zusätzlich noch 2 größere Kaffebecher zugestellt. Sie hätten von uns weitere Kaffebecher bekommen können. Das Bad hat keinen Schimmel!
Wir haben für jede Wohnung einen Parkplatz. .
