Description
Our holiday flat "Femo" is located in our new thatched roof house-DHH on the ground floor. The flat with modern furnishings has on 70m² 2 bedrooms with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe, a living and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. The large and bright living and dining area with attached fully equipped kitchen is modernly furnished.
The large terrace with south-east orientation can be reached directly via the living area or the kitchen. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening with a coffee or cold drink. Even in rainy weather, the roof invites you to linger in the fresh air. The flat has a parking space on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
You can easily reach the Baltic Sea beach in 15 minutes on foot, in 5 minutes by bike or by car. Here you will find restaurants as well as fresh and smoked fish.
The beautiful Kölpinsee lake, 1.5 km away, is a wonderful place to hike.
The Achterwasser, 1.3 km away, with restaurants and a boat harbour, invites you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The Baltic seaside resort of Koserow can be reached in a short time by bike, a leisurely walk, train or car. Here you will find Karl's strawberry farm, where not only children have fun, as well as numerous restaurants (e.g. on the pier), shopping facilities, a pharmacy, a petrol station and a department store.
You can also quickly reach Ückeritz via Stubbenfelde, which offers further recreational opportunities.

Great holiday
We spent a very nice holiday in this tastefully furnished holiday flat. Nothing was missing. All the necessary items that could possibly be used on holiday are available. It was an all-round relaxing holiday. We were allowed to get to know the very nice Stenzel family at the end of our stay. We will be happy to come back.

Perfect feel-good flat...
This year we wanted to spend a few relaxing days on Usedom. The holiday flat of the very kind Stenzel family left nothing to be desired - they really thought of everything... A perfectly equipped kitchen and a cosy living area with a spacious terrace immediately delighted us. The whole flat is furnished with a lot of love, so that you immediately feel at home.

Urlaub mit Hund
Die neue Ferienwohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen. Von der Wohnung aus ist fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen ( 5 Minuten bis zum Bäcker und zu Edeka, 15 Minuten bis zum Strand). Die Begrüßungs / Informationsmappe in der Wohnung enthält alle wichtigen Informationen. Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe ( 36 Lochanlage Minigolf und Kletterwald - Hochseilgarten) sind zu empfehlen, gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung zu finden. Insgesamt ist zu sagen, das die Wohnung von der Familie Stenzel sehr liebevoll eingerichtet wurde. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts war ebenfalls sehr gut. Insgesamt gibt es von uns für diesen Aufenthalt 5 Sterne und eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
