Experience a wonderful holiday in this holiday home built in 2013 and furnished in a maritime style.
The ground floor houses the living room, the kitchen and dining area, a small shower room and a utility room with washing machine. A comfortable fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and country-style furniture guarantee a feel-good ambience. The wood-burning stove and the underfloor heating in all rooms ensure cosiness
The upper floor can be reached via the country house staircase. In addition to 2 bedrooms, there is also a very nice bathroom with a glass shower at ground level and a washstand with drawers. The second shower room on the ground floor allows you not to be in each other's way in the mornings and evenings.
In addition, the house's own garden with a large terrace, garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. Of course, our guests have their own parking space at the house. You can store your bicycles in the garden house belonging to the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located between the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the picturesque shore of the Achterwasser, just the right place to unwind. Due to its proximity to the forest and meadows, this house is just right for those who are spoiled by nature. But also sun worshippers and families with big and small children will be delighted. The small fishing village of Loddin is characterised by its many traditional and new thatched-roof houses, which gives it a special coastal flair. A small harbour on the Achterwasser and good restaurants invite you to an excursion with the whole family to the village, which can be reached on foot in just 15 minutes. The village is surrounded by a lot of forest and has a nice children's playground near our holiday home.
The very beautiful fine sandy and natural Baltic Sea beach can be found at the Kölpinsee lido, where there is only a small hotel. The distance to the lido is 1300 metres and can be easily reached by bike, by car (parking spaces are directly in front of the small beach promenade) but of course also on foot.

House Loddinl Fam. Hirsemann
In this beautiful and peacefully located holiday home, we were able to spend two wonderful, relaxing weeks of vacation. Everything you need is available, even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The caretaker of the house, Mrs. Klose - Freißler, contributed greatly to our comfort. Thank you very much!

Feel-good house
The house exceeded our expectations. It is very tastefully furnished with a lot of love, bright and friendly. Two terraces offer sun from morning to evening. The location of the house is quiet, but not too remote. The beach can be reached in a few minutes by bike. Loddin is also perfect as a starting point for excursions to the other seaside resorts. We would especially like to emphasise the cleanliness of the house! Even the most remote corners were cleaned. That makes you feel at home and it was a great holiday. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation home
We (2 adults and two adult children) had a great stay on Usedom and this was also due to this holiday home, which we liked very much and where we felt comfortable right away. It offers enough space and comfort for four adults, it is bright and flooded with light and you can quickly get anywhere on the island, whether it's the sea or the backwaters, north or south. We couldn't have imagined a better place or better equipment and were always thrilled (“oh, a pastry brush!!”). The contact with the landlords and Mrs. Klose on site was also great.
I have two small pieces of information: as long as there is no Wi-Fi yet, you consume a lot of data volume (of course, this can be controlled individually?). But the connection is very good.
And in the title, misleadingly, it says there are 3 bedrooms - that is not the case, but it becomes clear from the overall text when you read further. In any case, a clear recommendation from us!
