With everything your heart desires this comfortable, modern villa has its very own large swimming pool overlooking the canals.
In the house you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with a counter leading to the living room area.
The large, sunny living and dining room has satellite TV and is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and has direct access to a beautiful covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas for the hot summer days.
There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
For the warm evenings you have the benefit of the barbeque whilst you are watching the boats pass by on the canals.
On the upper floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms - each with french double bed (each 140-160 x 190-200m) and a large balcony - perfect for undisturbed sunbathing and fascinating views over the canal.
The bathroom has a separate shower, bath tub, double sink, and washer/ dryer.
There is also a cosy conservatory area on the first floor where you can relax completely with a book or just dream in the warm sunshine watching the people passing by on their bicycles.
The air conditioning on the upper level ensures pleasant temperatures in the bedrooms and the swimming pool is available all year round.
In the courtyard at the front of the house is an enclosed car parking space.
