With space for 4 people, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds.
The spacious modern bathroom has a bath with shower and washing machine and the benefit of a separate toilet.
The large, bright living / dining room is modern and equipped with satellite TV, a music centre and a comfortable sofa. From the living room and bedroom you have access to the balcony which has awnings to protect you from the midday sun. Tables and chairs are here for you to enjoy the outdoor living overlooking the port.
The American kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering which includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave.

Empuriabrava is situated in the Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava, about 40 km south of the French border and about 130 km north of Barcelona. Empuriabrava is the largest marina in Europe and is a modern resort with very good infrastructure.

The house is super furnished, everything is new. The pool is also brand new. The pool's location is great. The outdoor seating by the pool is perfect. The property is well-maintained, in a very quiet area. The property is enclosed by a wall and gate. We had a small dog with us. It was ideal for him, as he could move freely on the property. We will rent this house again.
