Nice functional house with very good beds. The reception was closed at 5 PM and we could pick up the key at the restaurant where we were well assisted by a staff member. We had to go back because there were no towels in the house. The TV didn't work and was fixed by a technician. The batteries in the remote control were dead. The terrace was dirty with a wet couch covered in moss. And could we please vacuum before leaving? We always leave it tidy. Why do you pay cleaning costs?
