Ameland Coastal Retreat

Wir waren jetzt zum 5.Mal in Hollum. Leider gab es einige Kritikpunkte. Wir waren richtig enttäuscht über Sachen, die in einem Urlaub nichts zu suchen haben. Zum Bezug der Cottage: Wir waren eine Woche in einem Haus in Ballum auf Ameland, musstern dann nur in das Haus in Hollum umziehen. Auszug um 10 Uhr. Auf Nachfrage 3 Tage vor dem Umzug per Mail und am Bezugstag in der Rezeption, ob ein zeitnaher Bezug möglich wäre, war keinerlei Bemühen erkennbar. Es wurde darauf verwiesen, dass ja erst um 16 Uhr Übergabe ist, eventuell etwas früher möglich wäre. Wir durften dann um 14 Uhr einziehen..(Zur Erklärung: Das Cottage war bereits ein Tag zuvor bezugsfertig. Betten waren gemacht, das Reinigungsteam war fertig) Da hätten wir uns ein wenig Flexibilität gewünscht. Thema Essen: Eine Pizzabestellung per Telefon wurde abgelehnt, vor Ort 45min. warten, happige Preise. Schade, dass war mal anders.... Thema Sauberkeit: Innenreinigung war in Ordnung, leider Kühlschrank schmutzig, Gläser und Butterglas fettig, scheinbar neue Tassen, die waren noch rutschig und wurden wohl nicht vorher abgewaschen, Kissen und Decke auf dem Sofa alt und ranzig. Senseo Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Pfanne war vorhanden, Qualität schlecht. Selbst Rührerei verklebte Schlafzimmer: Das Schlafzimmer gegenüber der Dusche roch seltsam an der Innenseite der Fensterseite. Es roch wie in einer Altbauwohnung mit ehemaligem Schimmelbefall, können das aber nicht verifizieren. Vielleicht auch einfach nur alt. Und es war auch nur die eine Wand. Eine Zumutung war der Außenbereich. Eine Terrasse mit sparkigen Stühlen und defekten Sonnenschirm, eine zweite Terrasse war überhaupt nicht nutzbar. Hier befand sich Sperrmüll (alte Stühle und Liegen und Holzreste). Im Garten hätte man von der Größe her Ball oder Badminton spielen können, gestört hat da lediglich der Stacheldrahtzaun in ca. 50cm Höhe! Wer macht so etwas??? Ein Babystuhl in der Wohnung anbieten und dann Stacheldraht?? Euer Ernst? Ich hatte nach den Anfangsschwierigkeiten jedoch keine Lust mehr, mich da auch noch zu beschweren.. Positiv: Die Boxspringbetten waren sehr bequem und die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern sahen neu aus, Auch das Stockbett war vernünftig und gute Qualität. Die Sofas der Sitzecke waren bequem, die Schränke ausreichend. Die Essecke war auch in Ordnung. Fazit: Wir werden nicht mehr in dieses Resort fahren. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht mehr.

Cozy Villa Near the Dunes

Zunächst vorab, ich bin nicht im Duinbungalow 4 ,sondern in Nr 26 untergebracht! Wir haben einen Hund dabei und der hiesige Garten ist wirklich nicht schön, wohl groß aber - Tannenzapfen überall, diese sind für Hunde aufgrund der Öle gesundheitlich sehr schädlich , dann liegen überall Zigarettenkippen, die 4 Stühle sind nicht zueinander passend und die Sitzecke draußen ist samt Tisch defekt. Innen.ist es recht schön. Super gemütlich sind vor allem die Betten. In der Küche fehlt uns ein Backofen das ist für Selbstverpfleger viel besser schnelle Gerichte machen zu können. Das Bad ust schön groß und die seperate Toilette ist ebenfalls angenehm. Das Terrain am sich ist weitläufig und gleichzeitig ist alle nah dran. Gut sind auch die KotbeutelSpender und daran angebrachte Kotbeutelmülltonnen
