Tiny houses crammed together. The houses are poorly laid out, it is all very tight. There is no space for your belongings, no closets in most of the bedrooms. The beds are very narrow and hard, anything but comfortable. Two of the three bedrooms are super small and cramped. You have to pay a deposit for an extra key while it is a house for six people, it seems to me that you need some more keys. You are required to purchase an expensive service package. For this you get towels, some kitchen supplies, soap and a coffee and tea package (4 coffee cups for 6 people and 1 bag of tea). Beds are made and the final cleaning is included. In short, not recommended, it is uncomfortable, mandatory service costs and little service (such as a second key without a deposit, you pay a deposit for the house anyway).

The sofa-like garden furniture we liked it. The interior of the house was very modern, it was much worked with exposed concrete. The kitchen was well equipped and equipped with obligatory fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher also a built-in Quooker kettle, which we have come to appreciate! The showers are modern with rain shower from above or shower head - but unfortunately without curtain / door, ie the "shower cubicle" remains open. The bathrooms partly built directly into the living space, which took some getting used to but ok (toilets are in two separate small rooms). Wi-Fi worked well and there were smart TVs with Amazon Prime and Netflix (own accounts required). The first contact and the keys were handled very friendly (the lady at the front desk spoke German). If you want to afford it, you can order fresh bread at the reception every day. The terrain is almost directly on the beach, you just have to climb up the dune via a staircase and cross a street (2-3 min). There is also a nice restaurant "Brasserie BLVD". The environment invites otherwise for cycling, hiking, jogging etc. eingen.Generell to Vlissingen you should perhaps know that the sea route to Antwerp (Westerschelde) is very heavily used by container ships and tankers. Nice park on the edge of Vlissingen. Close to the boulevard. You can walk to the town from here in 15 minutes. If you leave the park via a staircase you are directly on the beach. Good base for cycling trips. We had rented a 6-person dune lodge. Nicely decorated and clean. The only downside is that it is very warm upstairs in the bedrooms. There is no air conditioning and there are no mosquito screens on the window.

Fine wood stove and ideal kitchen .. shower drainage is moderate, shower tray overflows with an extensive shower .. water pressure is moderate when several people shower at the same time .. otherwise beautiful location, close to the beach and supermarket 10 minutes away.
