The various types of luxurious holiday homes in North Sea Vlissingen come in three different varieties.
There's a luxurious, semi-detached 6-person holiday home (NL-4382-07). The facade of the houses consists almost entirely of windows, both on the ground floor and the first floor. This creates a very pleasant and spacious atmosphere inside. This feeling is strengthened by the atmospheric fireplace in the living room, the large dining table and the fully equipped open kitchen. Upstairs are two real bedrooms and one sleeping mezzanine. All terraces are south-facing, so you can optimally enjoy sunny days.
There also is a detached 4-person luxury lodge (NL-4382-09). These lodges were finished in 2018 and feature all luxury and comfort you can expect. We mention the smart TV and nice wood-burning stove in the living room and a Nespresso coffee machine and hot water tap in the kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which on the ground floor with rain shower and one upstairs (with walk-in shower). The bedrooms have Auping beds and a TV. There also is a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the terrace you'll have a lounge set at your disposal.
Finally, there's the detached luxurious 6-person lodge (NL-4382-10). This lodge is the larger variety of the abovementioned type (NL-4382-09). There's a third bedroom with walk-in shower and the other bedroom on the first floor features a bathtub. This type doesn't have a hot water tap, but an electric kettle. Both on the ground floor and the first floor there's a separate toilet.
All houses in North Sea Resort Vlissingen are furnished and finished with great care. The location behind the dunes is very favourable with the beach and sea a stone's throw away. You can park near your holiday home.

Directly near the beautiful, historic coastal town of Vlissingen you'll find the luxurious North Sea Resort Vlissingen. Thanks to its unique location, this resort is a true paradise for those who love a wonderful beach holiday. Only the dunes and the boulevard separate the resort from the wide sandy beach (with Blue Flag certification) and the North Sea. In the resort you'll find a small number of facilities, such as a tennis court, bike rental and free WiFi in the entire park.
The boulevard will bring you straight to the harbour of Vlissingen (about 2.5 km). On the way there, you'll find very good restaurants and other places to eat and drink. The boulevard is an excellent spot to enjoy the truly breathtaking sunset. If you're looking for a day trip: a number of cities can be reached easily. Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place, just below the boulevard and therefore close to the beach. Nice small-scale park with beautiful stylish houses, beautifully laid out with beautiful paths in between.

Unbelievably nice. As a welcome a bottle of prosecco was cold .... super! All employees are super friendly. We had no firelighters for the fireplace, who went to get an employee. This is super hospitable and service oriented. An absolute must.

There is a trolley available to transport the luggage to the house. Thus, no car noise in the system. In the area it was otherwise very quiet, which is also related to the guests. On the first night, however, there was rain, and it dripped steadily from the roof to the metal covers of two windowsills below. Thus, in both bedrooms was not to sleep (with the price for 3 nights). The receptionists looked at it (probably also a craftsman), there was a verbal apology. The equipment of the house is very good and very high quality, except for a hair dryer everything was there. It was also very clean inside. Outside, it looked a little uninhabited on arrival: cobwebs on the large windows, weeds on the terrace. As the couch has a fabric cover, this looked ugly with large stains, we have large towels covered. The ventilation could be better controlled manually ; after some time she jumps again and again to automatic, which after showering or in very hot weather only long-term goal-oriented, also it is very loud at the highest level. All in all, we felt comfortable in our own realm. And the direct proximity to the beach (directly behind the dune) is awesome. There is much to see and do in the area, both on foot, by car or by bike. The gastronomy in the area is varied, there is something for everyone. Clear recommendation.

The reception still has a camp-like appearance but this is more than made up for by a very comfortable luxury cottage in a beautiful dune environment. Through a hefty staircase you are immediately on the boulevard where you will find everything you need. Beach, beautiful sea view, restaurants and the wind organ.

Our company consisted of 3 adults. The ladies from the reception welcomed us in a friendly and helpful manner. The accommodation was clean and the furnishings luxurious and complete. Although it was called a 4-person accommodation, there was only room for 3 people in the seating area to be able to sit comfortably. Of the 4 single beds, only 3 had a reading lamp and bedside table. The area was super sea, beach and boulevard 200 meters away.

The houses are very new and correspond to the pictures. They are very chic and modern (exposed concrete floor and - wall), but still very cozy ... The terrace is equipped with an awning and launch furniture. We would have a house with a 2 bed bedroom on the ground floor and a double bed in the upper floor (incl open shower). Overall, the house could use a little more space, especially if you are traveling with 2 children and the weather is not always suitable for outdoor use. In addition, we lacked storage space in the kitchen. Oh, one more shortcoming: as beautiful as the sandy paths, when it rains they are a mud and puddle paradise (but if you want to be beautiful, you have to suffer) Houses part of a complex that borders a tennis court. A staircase leads directly over the dike to the sandy beach of Vlissingen, from where you can easily watch the large ships (a fairway runs close to the beach). However, we found the beach to be very dirty (lots of plastic in all variations). You can go shopping in 5 minutes by car, Middleburg is just around the corner. If you have any questions, the reception will be happy to help - friendly, thanks, everything is a great location ...

I've never written a review before, but now I want to share something.
We booked a lodge where a dog could be brought along, according to the booking option. We clicked that as well. When we arrived, the lady at the reception even saw us with our dog and even came into the house because of the WiFi problem, without mentioning that dogs are not allowed. In addition, there were more guests with dogs, in the same houses.
After departure we received the information that we had brought a dog with us without permission and we had not registered it or paid for it.
1 dog was mentioned on our bill.
Allegedly, according to Roompot Vlissingen Strandbad Zeeland, no dogs are allowed.
For the daily 6.50 € per day and final cleaning surcharge 50 € according to the booking portal, that would not be 80 €. However, the full 100 € deposit will now be retained.
Unfortunately no agreement with the resort possible, is dismissed very briefly on the grounds that they would move within the legal framework. I find that very sad.
Now to the house:
the house was very clean except for a lot of cobwebs in every room, complete ceiling and quite dusty baseboards and doors. Strange, I think it's only cleaned sporadically. I then cleaned it myself because my face and hair was hanging in it, that was my decision.
Bread rolls can be pre-ordered and pre-paid.
Unfortunately, there is not much for children here, only the beach and the weather has to play along.

Pleasant reception at the reception with a quick handling of the formalities. The accommodation was nothing short of fantastic. The surroundings are great, partly due to the direct access to the boulevard.

We were kindly received (already at the parking lot of the car) with clear explanation what to do. Accommodation was good. All necessities were present + an extra welcome drink in the fridge. The required information, for example, the use of e.g. equipment via a tablet was very clear and easy. The park looked good and car-free and also close to the beach / dunes.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The dune lodge was super beautiful. Everything you need is available. I found only the 2nd bedroom very small. We were 2 couples. The upstairs bedroom is super large and the downstairs bedroom is really small with 2 single beds (which you cannot slide together). What is really nice is that the upstairs bedroom has a shower and sink, next to the bathroom downstairs. The terrace was also very nice with luxury furniture and a sunshade. In short, a super accommodation. We will definitely go back. What was also very nice was the access to the boulevard via a staircase on the park. You could only enter it with an access pass. We were in Vlissingen. A really nice city, especially the older part.

Vlissingen is a beautiful place, great pedestrian zone, small harbor and various beaches, one of which is a dog beach. What is special about Vlissingen is that here you can admire the arrival of large ships towards the port of Antwerp. The ships pass relatively close to the coast. The water is not affected by this, the quality is very good and the boys and girls from the lifeguard are always present. There are various great beach bars, we really enjoyed our time and were in Vlissingen for the 2nd time out of our 6 vacations in the Netherlands. We were enthusiastic about the Noordzee Resort Vlissingen, the Duinlodge or Duinvillen offer a lot of space, are modernly furnished (WLAN, every room has a TV) and only a few meters from the beach, access from the park via a staircase, right at the beginning of the boulevard (That's the name of the beach road, which is closed to cars during the season). The booking was uncomplicated and easy, we will definitely do it again next year.

Our house was super nice, lovingly furnished with everything you need. The location is superb, just a flight of stairs from the beach/sea and within walking distance to town. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the lodges! We will be back!!
