This charming vacation home is located in a quiet residential area, just a stone's throw from the boulevard and the beach of Vlissingen.
This well-maintained vacation home is tastefully and comfortably furnished, so you can enjoy your vacation by the sea in peace! The living room has a spacious sitting area with a 3-seater sofa where you can relax, read a book or even watch TV. The colder evenings you can spend quite romantically in front of the wood fireplace.
The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities, such as gas stove, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and everything you want for a relaxing vacation.
The steep staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom at the front of the house has a double bed of 200 x 200 cm, also with a double comforter. However, if you prefer to sleep in the back of the house, there is a double bed with two separate mattresses (90 x 200 cm) and two separate comforters. Bed linen and towels can be added.
On the second floor you will also find the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor you will find another separate toilet.
You can park your car on the street, there is plenty of parking.
This vacation home is ideal for your vacation by the sea. The lively boulevard and the beach of Vlissingen are within walking distance!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
