Beautiful holiday home in Vlissingen 100 metres from the beach!
This sunny and modern holiday home in Vlissingen is furnished for 6 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your holiday by the sea in the best possible way. The house is only 50 metres from the promenade and the wide sandy beach of Vlissingen. The house is in a quiet location, yet only 5 minutes from the centre. And both on foot and by bike, you can be in the forest and in the dunes in just a few minutes!
The living room is on the 1st floor. The stairs lead you upstairs to the large living room, which is equipped with a spacious sofa and 3 comfortable armchairs, a smart TV with Chromecast and DVD player, so you can enjoy your favourite movie or series after a nice day at the beach. The house is very child-friendly, so the kids can have hours of fun! The cupboard in the living room is filled with lots of toys, Lego and DVDs, so young and old can enjoy themselves for hours. The living room is cooled by a ceiling fan in the summer.
Through the patio doors in the living room you can access the large roof terrace, where you can not only enjoy the sun, but also see the sea and shipping!
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a designer gas cooker and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine and a toaster. Of course, there are enough dishes, pans and cutlery for you to serve the most delicious meals on the spacious dining table! A high chair is also available.
There is a separate toilet on the 1st floor.
On the 2nd floor there are 3 cosy bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed with 2 duvets and a baby cot. The second bedroom has a double bed with 2 duvets and a single bed. The third bedroom is a children's room with a single bed.
The spacious bathroom has 2 washbasins, a shower and a toilet.
The flat is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed.

Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
