These unique studios on the beautiful beach of Vlissingen feel like a luxury hotel room. Enjoy the murmur of the sea or the setting sun on your own terrace. Take a refreshing dip in the sea, take a lovely walk on the beach, play a game of beach volleyball or enjoy a snack on a drink in the adjacent Sand Pavilion. By the way, did you know that nowhere in the world ships sail as close to the coast as here, about 200 meters from the studio! On some days major events take place on the beach, for an up-to-date overview please contact us.

Falling asleep with the sound of the sea in the background. Awaken to the sound of seagulls. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The feeling of the sand between your toes. The children who can play in front of the door. A wonderful summer evening is of course not complete without a barbecue. Possibility to bring your own BBQ with a fantastic view. Sleeping on the beach is an unforgettable experience.

- In the high season from mid-April to mid-September you also have your own sunbeds on the beach.

Cancellation insurance: 4.24€ fix
A cancellation insurance helps you recover costs if you have to cancel your trip or if your vacation ends prematurely. If you take out short-term cancellation insurance through us, it is only valid for one trip and lasts as long as your vacation. Coverage This insurance covers unexpected events such as serious illness or an accident involving you or a family member, the death of a family member, sudden unemployment, natural disasters, and other unexpected situations. However, if you simply change your mind or if there's bad weather, you will not receive any money back. The terms and conditions specify exactly what is and is not covered and what you need to do to file a claim. We collaborate with RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl to arrange your insurance. They ultimately decide whether your claim is valid and how much money you will receive back. The reception was great. The service was super nice. The room was very nice and tidy, a little dust was still to be found, but okay. The location and the view are a dream and they make you pay well for it. But you pay for the location, the location and the location. They could work on the ventilation, I don't know where it sucks in, but smoke (cigarettes) occasionally came into the room through the system. That was unpleasant.

A friendly welcome at check-in. Very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and super clean beach room (no. 2). Modern and atmospherically decorated and fully equipped. In the evening we enjoyed a delicious meal at Pier 7 on the beach (20 meters away from the beach room), also there the service was super friendly. So, Pier 7.............until next time.

Een vriendelijke ontvangst bij het inchecken. Zeer blij verrast door de mooie en super schone beacheroom (nr 2). Modern en sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de avond heerlijk gegeten bij Pier 7 aan het strand (op 20 meter lopen van de beacheroom), ook daar super vriendelijke bediening. Dus Pier 7……………tot de volgende keer.

Der Empfang war großartig. Der Service super nett. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und aufgeräumt, ein wenig Staub war noch zu finden, aber ok. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist ein Traum und den lässt man sich auch gut bezahlen. Aber man zahlt die Lage, die Lage und die Lage. An der Lüftung könnte man arbeiten, ich weiß nicht wo sie ansaugt jedoch kam hin und wieder Rauch (Zigaretten) über die Anlage ins Zimmer. Das war schon mal unangenehm.
