This completely restyled 4-person chalet is located in Kustpark Texel, not far from the beach and the sea.
Don't let the exterior fool you. The chalet really is equipped with all possible comforts. The bright living room features a smart TV and the kitchen a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms with two single box-spring beds each. The bathroom features a shower and you'll also have a separate toilet at your disposal.
There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's parking space near the chalet.

Near the cosy but lively town De Koog, you will find the coastal park Texel. The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !
Quietly located detached bungalows and villas built in maritime country style with views on the woods or the fields.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks:

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period between 4 November 2019 to 20 December 2019, 6 January 2020 to 14 February 2020, 2 March 2020 to 3 April 2020, 9 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 and 4 January 2021 to 8 January 2021 during the midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Kustpark Texel will be closed from Monday, January 10, 2022 to Monday, January 17, 2022.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

Texel is a wonderful island and you can also spend a good holiday on it and in the Kustpark with a dog. Everything is very dog friendly. The accommodation was ok. You could renovate it a little in one place or another.

The island of Texel is of course very beautiful, but our accommodation left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Old fat stains from the last probably 10 guests on the wall where the dining table is. Very appetizing. No paint at all on the wall above the couch. Despite complaints, no reaction from kustpark texel. Never again a house from this park that runs under the name Roompot, so you can't recover from your everyday stress. Roompot should be ashamed of such an accommodation. It's the first time you don't feel comfortable in a Dutch accommodation.

Despite corona vicissitudes and very variable weather conditions, we spent a beautiful week at the De Roompot holiday park on Texel in the first week of January. The moment we boarded the beautiful ferry to Texel, our holiday started. Minus was the arrival and departure time. Our confirmation stated arrival between 3 and 3 PM? and departure at 11.00 but that became 16.00 and 10.00. The accommodation was neatly in order with everything on it, but the catering and swimming pool were closed due to the corona. All in all a great week on a beautiful island with beautiful cycling paths.

dear, upon arrival at Kustpark Texel it turned out that we could only enter our "chalet" (mobile home) at 4:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm, we were able to view the chalet from the outside, but tears spontaneously poured into us the eyes what a deception, we are not going into this. Asked at the reception if we could rebook to a holiday home, but this was NOT possible through Roompot because we had booked through Belvilla, which we also suggested, possibly with an additional payment. Unfortunately, Belvilla was no longer reachable by phone at 3:00 PM, the office was closed. After a number of very positive experiences with Belvilla that we have, we don't think about booking through you next time. We have booked through Casamundo for Kustpark Texel. The complaints passed on on arrival about the chalet. Doesn't get hurt. Complaints 3x passed on to casamundo. Doesn't even respond. My daughter and I are both asthma patients. On arrival at the chalet completely happy. If you go in, you are shocked. Everywhere spider web / dust locks really everywhere in under etc. / broken floor where you walk on your feet / dirty rancid stains everywhere / incomplete crockery / stains on bed and extra paid bedding and you name it. only said after 1.5 week that there will be extra cleaning. We couldn't wait for that. That should have been clean immediately upon arrival. I went to the cleaning myself. Why is there no response.

The chalet is spacious, with lots of garden around the chalet. Layout chalet good, everything is there what you need. Tastefully decorated. Everything clean and fresh. We will definitely come back, and will certainly advise friends, family to go here.

The holiday cottage is simple but has everything you need. We had beautiful weather this week. What was a pity is that the location of our cottage Total is in the shade. Unlike other houses around us, after 4 o'clock in the afternoon the shade was already there through the trees on the West side. I would like to book a next time, but I would like to be able to choose a sunny spot here.

Caravan was fairly clean, just a pity that there was a lot of dust on the ceiling. The frying pan certainly needs replacing, handle was fairly loose. Also the coffee machine was missing, which was in the description. They have given us a "free" coffee filter, so we could still drink delicious freshly brewed coffee. We have left the filter neatly in the caravan for the following people. For the rest, beautiful park really worth it.J.Frenay

Cottage was clean, spacious very well maintained. So very quiet on the edge of the park. We did, however, look inside each other because the large front windows could only be closed with a curtain. Fortunately, the parking spaces were not next to the houses, which also gave peace of mind. It is difficult that only one very heavy transport cart was available for so many houses. That can really be done better.

Environment is beautiful, nothing to complain about.Well many abuses and not always friendly people at the park. We had not received towels and a kitchen package (but ordered) and again we stepped into a dirty accommodation of cream pot (!) We had to brush before unpacking with a good feeling. A final cleaning costs 65 euros, but I would not pay it, because there is clearly no control. When we reported it, it was accepted for notification. I notice that in other parks you get much better value for money in terms of cleanliness. The 3 beds were also not good for us. Too bad .... because the decoration of the chalet is nicely done in itself, with beautiful wall murals and soft neutral colors. PS. don't forget to bring a euro for a locker if you use the nearby pool. This is also not indicated anywhere, which leads to awkward situations.

The chalet was fine at first sight, only there was leakage from the bathroom to the bedroom. We were given towels but those were soaked after 1 day. the technical service did not know the solution for this problem. It is not nice to get out of your bed right in water every day. We have bought slippers so that we could put the slippers on right away. I hope the problem of the leakage will be solved quickly. Because of the moisture in the chalet we suffered from the moisture. Headache, damp clothing and the floor cannot be kept clean.

I booked 2 nights in chalet 49 together with my 3 children (boys: 6,13 and 15) and we were immediately very enthusiastic about the house and its location. The reception on arrival was very pleasant; we had opted for a fair check in, for 10 euros we could enter the chalet 2 hours earlier, well arranged. Lots to do in the park, crazy golf, Ping Pong, playground, bike rental, good service. The park is near the village and beach, very convenient. All in all a great stay, unfortunately shortage!

The chalet was fine, clean and tidy. As well as the park but ....... this was not due to Bevilla. what a useless company!!! At first the booking site does not respond .. you try again and then you turn out to have four bookings after an hour or two.!!! With a lot of effort managed to cancel 3 bookings..out of leniency...yes, yes. During the booking and the telephone conversation (to get rid of the three bookings) clearly asked that these were all costs .." yes, ma'am .. everything is included except tourist tax, but also the final cleaning .. even with the booking of your dog" . And then you will still receive an invoice for the extra final cleaning the next day. "Oh yes.. that was a mistake by the operator, but you could have read that somewhere." GRRRRRRRRRRRRR NEVER but NEVER again Balvilla. (and stupid...I should have known after a similar experience when booking for Denmark.). If you want to book a nice holiday at a park, first check the site of the park itself. It can save you a lot of annoyance!!

House not cleaned. 3 x indicated, counter, call and chat. Also leaking toilet. This was finally fixed on Wednesday. It's now Thursday. Now that cleaning is no longer necessary. Tomorrow we go home. Cottage was not cleaned on arrival and when reported, the staff responded as if it was not so exciting. Cot was covered with spitting spots that started to mold and we even found a custom bandage under the beds. It was only the next day that we were looked at and agreed, but that was afterwards..

maintenance of the mobile home / cottage is very poor. The extractor hood does not work including light. Outside next door the scrap is broken at the bottom. Window near the toilet has moisture. Overall it is humid. 1 duvet has stains. Heating in the living area does not work. In our opinion, not enough attention has been paid to cleaning. Price quality is very bad. Incredibly hot.

Our house was big enough for 2 people. Inside everything neat and tidy. A few hiccups: no "normal" coffee maker available, dining table in the room cannot be moved so it is very tight on one side. The space next to the beds in the bedrooms is so tight that there is no space for a small table to put something on.

Nice park, friendly people. For when you bring a dog, like me, the entrance to the forest is very close. On arrival I found a neatly cleaned chalet. On the 2nd day my keycard did not work and at 6 am that is not something to be very happy about. At the service point they were very friendly and helpful, so fine. Only downside I think is the chalet I'm in , very close to the adjacent chalet is.Buren are quite noisy, can hear everything.The terrace is right next to my living area, so scraping the garden chairs on the tiles becomes annoying at some point.

With a lot of effort managed to cancel 3 bookings..out of leniency...yes, yes. During the booking and the telephone conversation (to get rid of the three bookings) clearly asked that these were all costs .." yes, ma'am .. everything is included except tourist tax, but also the final cleaning .. even with the booking of your dog" . And then you will still receive an invoice for the extra final cleaning the next day. "Oh yes.. that was a mistake by the operator, but you could have read that somewhere." GRRRRRRRRRRRRR NEVER but NEVER again Balvilla. (and stupid...I should have known after a similar experience when booking for Denmark.). If you want to book a nice holiday at a park, first check the site of the park itself. It can save you a lot of annoyance!!

Texel is a wonderful island and you can also spend a good holiday on it and in the Kustpark with a dog. Everything is very dog friendly. The accommodation was ok. You could renovate it a little in one place or another.

The chalet was fine, clean and tidy. As well as the park but ....... this was not due to Bevilla. what a useless company!!! At first the booking site does not respond .. you try again and then you turn out to have four bookings after an hour or two.!!!
