The different types of accommodations are spread over the well-stocked Texel Coast Park. There are three different free-standing variants to book. There are the country houses, chalets and modern, single-storey bungalows.
The country houses built in maritime style are in four types; the 6-pers. (NL-1796-07) and 4-pers. (NL-1796-08). These houses feature box-spring beds and are somewhat wider than the standard 6-pers. variant (NL-1796-09). You have a dishwasher and combo-microwave. Single 6 pers. houses have a cozy atmosphere (gas) or wood stove. A small number of houses of this type has a bedroom with bunk beds on the first floor instead of two single beds. beds. Most 6-pers. country houses have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Finally, there's a completely refurbished villa (NL-1796-40). This is the same villa as the NL-1796-08, but completely refurbished. It's equipped with a smart-TV, modern furniture, two bright bedrooms furnished with single box-spring beds and two loungers on the terrace. The interiors of the bedrooms and bathrooms might differ from villa to villa.
There are also furnished two-bedroom chalets, combo-microwave and box spring beds (NL-1796-28).
Lastly, there are luxury and single-storey three-bedroom and two-bathroom bungalows (NL-1796-29). Two of the bedrooms have box spring beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. Of course a dishwasher and microwave are present.
Whichever type you choose, you always have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is space for one car at each accommodation. At the chalets you park your car at central parking places near the chalets.

Near the cosy but lively town De Koog, you will find the coastal park Texel. The holiday park is located near the North sea beach and offers lots of facilities like tennis courts, the water paradise, sauna and Turkish steam bath. The island offers many beautiful walking- and cycling trips in its splendid nature. And of course you could participate in the famous 'wadlopen' over the marshes. Fun excursions: EcoMare, centre for the Wadden- and North sea, the Sommeltjespath and the children nature park. All those who have been seduced by the charms of this island always return !
Quietly located detached bungalows and villas built in maritime country style with views on the woods or the fields.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
The facilities at this park will be limited open during the following midweeks:

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period between 4 November 2019 to 20 December 2019, 6 January 2020 to 14 February 2020, 2 March 2020 to 3 April 2020, 9 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 and 4 January 2021 to 8 January 2021 during the midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Kustpark Texel will be closed from Monday, January 10, 2022 to Monday, January 17, 2022.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

The arrival was fine, Unfortunately, we had the more of the Villa voor.Are were several defects, not as clean as we expected for the price of 1800 euro.De garden was not so well maintained. Scanty garden furniture, parasol piece. The fridge was broken the first day, perfectly solved by another, separate refrigerator to bring. Pleint between kitchen and living room cleft. Fall / stumbling danger.In the dishwasher parts were loose so that it was not clean.Mechanische afzuiging niet niet.De vacuum cleaner stinking, bag was full and filter very dirty. We were kindly received with the accompanying explanation. Beautiful house with all the trimmings. Nice kitchen, sauna and even 2 lovely sunbeds in the garden.Texel is really worth it, lots to do for affordable prices and beautiful beaches.We definitely come back !! The cottage could have been cleaner. Everywhere spiders and dust on sockets, light buttons and fire extinguisher. Breadcrumbs also lay in the kitchen cupboards. And why is there in such a house always a bank where you can not lie down nicely. Terrible !!!

The cottage was very dirty, people pay 45 euros for a final cleaning but that is with us according to my complete skipped. The service was filthy, pans had to be cleaned again, the floors were ridiculously dirty that we prefer to walk through the house with shoes, the toilet brushes were still covered with poo and we had trouble with lots of ants when there was only one bait box placed.

Good but businesslike arrival. House was noted on the map, no further and only routine information. From 15.00 hours cottage was available. However, a cleaning lady was present for about half an hour. Furthermore, a nice house, however, appeared to have something to complain about. Poorly cleaned, found in the bed under the mattress a used hairbrush, an orange pill, lots of hair and skin flakes. The vacuum cleaner turned out to be dirty because the dust bag was not properly applied. Later, more devices were found to no longer function properly. The environment was neat and rural. Nothing to complain about.

Texel is a very nice island. A lot to do for young and old. The cottages will look neat and clean. There will even be a sauna. In the tropical pool it was a bit cold but that was certainly because it was winter

Outside a somewhat unpleasant surprise upon arrival which showed that more than 200 euros we had to pay on top of the already paid 650 euros for a stay of 4 days, we had an excellent holiday. A spacious cabin, clean and close to a great swimming pool. Tip hospitality course for reception staff.

Texel is a pretty vast island. There is much to see and do. The stay in this Roompot Park is our birth right. Only downside we found the approach to the receptionist. We found the approach very impersonal. Furthermore, we have had a great holiday and find it worthwhile again to come back.

We had the whole 2 weeks very nice weather and were able to explore Texel daily with the wheel, the Kustpark is an ideal starting point for cycling in all parts of the Insel.Das house was as usual very clean and well equipped. A positive surprise, this time was the good wireless Internet connection, which caused no additional cost. Unfortunately, we were not informed upon arrival about it. We'll definitely be back.

Great complex with nice trees. Garden is great and we also had dinner yet sun. The houses are very comfortable. Ours had a great kitchen. We had plenty of space. Everything was very relaxed. Texel we could ride, ride a bike, ride a bike to the beach, which takes about 10 minutes, or ride in the same time in the place. A spacious park with houses (and we think that the surrounding chalets also belong). Each cottage has a large garden and everything is so good news. Inside, everything is very comfortable. It's like home, has many amenities. A small drawback with small children, we find that the house (yet) is enclosed by a fence / fence / hedge. Everything is still growing, but it is still not protected. This is a small nadeel.Verder: near the pool and with a fifteen minute walk or five minutes by bike, you're in the center of De Koog. Our experience with Kustpark: prime!

Accommodation and service are basically really good! The receptionists are usually nice, at the end of the season some are a little bit annoyed a little faster. The house has been very nice, well furnished and equipped - deduction is due to a defective shower head, where I cut my hand but unfortunately led to the aforementioned annoyed behavior ... and the moldy shower. It was very much in need of cleaning.

The accommodation was extremely well maintained and clean upon arrival. Everything necessary was there, from washer to dryer and even a charcoal grill. It was possible to park directly in front of the house. The property was very spacious, so that you could also eat outside and enjoy the sun. We have a nice week in one of the luxury homes of this holiday. The house had a sauna, whirlpool, electric bed with lattenbodum, washer, dryer, deck chairs in a beautiful gated and quiet garden. Furthermore reached in 5 minutes by car, a beautiful dune area behind a wide beach and the sea. You walk from the park to the tourist resort of the Koog where you can do all the shopping. At the edge of the spacious and well-maintained park 2 horses were riding on a beautiful nature. There is much to do in the area. For a rainy day is a visit to the water park or the Seal Sanctuary Ecomare also ideal. In short, highly recommended on the island!

Our house was detached, very luxurious, fully equipped (arranged interior, enough dishes, lots of toys for the children) and located in a beautiful park. The houses are on large plots, so much peace and privacy. Pool park within walking distance. The central location on the island, you are by bike or car as the lighthouse, Ecomare or a village for groceries. If possible, we will go again next year!

Before reading the reviews and there were those who were not particularly positive about the cleanliness and quality of the holiday home. Honestly, honestly we have had a great time in a beautiful home. The whole was pure, quite complete with luxury and possibilities. A gourmet, toast and toaster. A dishwasher, washer and dryer were present and all clean and of good quality. Reason more to be sure to come back.
