Guests can enjoy a private terrace with barbecue, shared garden with sun loungers, and a swimming pool open from May to September. Additional comforts include air conditioning, a shared washing room, and child-friendly amenities like a high chair and baby bed.

Super spacious and clean! I loved the barbecue area - we made delicious dishes. The location is perfect for exploring nearby towns, and the beach is just a few minutes' drive away. Perfect for families or a trip with friends. I will definitely come back.

This place exceeded our expectations! The open living space was perfect for gatherings, and the nearby towns offered great dining options. We can't recommend it enough!

The biggest advantage of our stay was definitely the pool. It was well-maintained and an ideal way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Not far from Urbano del Conca Park, there was a great place for a family picnic.

We had a fantastic time! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool, while we appreciated the spacious living area. It was a great base for visiting the beaches in Cattolica and Pesaro.
