This spacious flat is located on the second floor of a large villa with modern swimming pool, situated in the small village of Belvedere Fogliense. From the flat's large private balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the fine hills to the Adriatic Sea.
All the furnishings, in shades of white, grey and purple, are in a modern style and recall the curved lines, from the kitchenette to the dining table, from the sofa to the beds. The spacious living area is perfectly livable and is separated from the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The balcony is equipped with a dining table, outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or relax in the large enclosed communal garden. Perfect for a real Italian holiday, either as a family or with a group of 4.
The property is located in the municipality of Tavullia, just a short walk from the village of Belvedere Fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ...
About 19 km away is Cattolica, with its lovely bars and clubs with music on the beach. As far as culture is concerned, Urbino is 17 km away and Pesaro is 23 km away with its lively promenade and beautiful golden sandy beaches.
At your disposal there is an outdoor shower in the pool area, with sunbeds, umbrella and chairs reserved.

The apartment is awesome 🤩. Very spacious we were there with 4 people and had space. The location is great for trips to San Marino, Assisi and the entire Adriatic side from Pesaro to Ravenna. The equipment is very good TV (you don't really need it) also possible in German. We were received very nicely and the arrival was arranged via WhatsApp. First drinks were provided and everything was explained. You should be able to speak a little English or Italian, but everything was explained slowly at reception so that even those with little English experience could understand everything. We felt very comfortable and the pool is very good. Have fun everyone who will go there. We will be back.

Great house in the middle of a mountain, very quiet and relaxing. Gigantic view from the terrace !!! Very nice pool, in which you can really do a few laps. Very nice and helpful landlord! Only when the house with all 5 apartments is rented will it get quite crowded by the pool. We were very lucky and had a wonderful vacation !!! A heartfelt thank you.
