Villa Luisa is a private villa with pool and sea view in Pesaro, in Le Marche region. The elegant historic city center offers many art-historical itineraries and every evening shows and events enliven the summer, like the famous Rossini Opera Festival. Surrounded by a large park rich in plants and centuries-old olive trees, this villa is the ideal place to relax in total privacy and enjoy pleasant days at the beach on the Adriatic coast, which is about 5 km away. Guests have access to a bright panoramic veranda perfect for al fresco eating as well as a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs. The property is completely fenced-in.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is an open space with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom (beds can be joined upon request) with the possibility of adding an extra single bed. On the first floor which is accessible via internal staircase or from the outside there is a large living room with dining table and panoramic terrace, kitchen, bathroom with Jacuzzi, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Guests have access to a large veranda equipped with table and chairs accessible both from the outside and from the ground floor.

PESARO
With almost 95,000 inhabitants, Pesaro is the second most populated city in the Marche Region after Ancona. Together with Urbino it forms the administrative center of the Province of Pesaro and Urbino. The history of the city dates back to 184 , when it was founded as a Roman colony with the name of Pisaurum on a territory that was at that time occupied by Picens and Celts, thus becoming another one of the centers linked together by the consular road Flaminia. The apex of its cultural and artistic life was probably reached in the Renaissance, during which Pesaro was dominated in turn by the Malatesta, Sforza, Borgia (for a brief while) and Della Rovere families. It was in fact the Della Rovere who chose Pesaro as the seat of their Duchy, thus boosting the city growth. Again, it is the Della Rovere who, in 1574, gave the city the municipal coat of arms it still bears to this day.
ART AND CULTURE
The city of Pesaro is dotted by several monuments, archaeological sites and historical landmarks. It also is the hometown of the famous composer Giocacchino Rossini, whose name has been adopted by the Rossini Opera Festival (ROF), with its musical and operatic events, and whose house has been turned into a museum open to the public. Some examples of the town monuments are the Ducal Palace, seat of the local Prefecture, whose construction dates back to the 15th century and was ordered by Alessandro Sforza, Rocca Costanza, a fort built during the same century, or the Santa Maria Assunta Cathedral, originally built in the 4th century and later rebuilt and modified throughout the 12th-20th centuries.
It is also possible to find remains of the old Roman and pre-Roman settlements in several parts of the city and its neighboring areas, such as the excavations in the central Matteotti Square, the Roman aqueduct, the archaeological site of Colombarone or the Picenian necropolis of Novilara.

Cancellation terms:
- In derogation from the General Sales Conditions, for bookings made from 1st April 2021 with reference to stays made within the end of the year 2021, the following cancellation terms apply: - in the event of proven travel impossibility as a result of the restrictions on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency, DH Villas will refund the sum paid with the exception of the booking fees of Euro 85 and insurance costs or will issue a voucher for season 2022 (1). In derogation from the General Sales Conditions, for bookings made before 1st April 2021 with reference to stays made within the end of the year 2021, the following cancellation terms apply: - a 100% refund in case of rebooking of the period; in the event of expressed intention not to travel for reasons related to covid-19 but not objectively justified in the 30 days prior to check-in, DH Villas will proceed with a refund equal to 100% of the rental amount excluding booking costs of Euro 85.00 provided that the same week is rebooked through DH Villas by another customer (2); - postponement of balance, in case payment is due during a moment of national or international lockdown. Payment may be temporarily suspended in agreement with DH Villas without loss of the reservation (3); - a voucher also transferable to third parties, without losing the amount already paid in case of proven impossibility (4) to make the stay for reasons related to covid-19 at the time of check-in at the property; - free changes to the reservation; any change to the stay compatible with the availability of the accommodations in DH Villas catalog or transfer of the stay to third parties will not require any charge of additional booking fees. (1) The compulsory quarantine of the customer upon his arrival in Italy and/or his return, even if imposed by the competent authorities, is excluded from the types of measures. (2) The refund will be made within the period provided for the stay. (3) DH Villas may request the credit card details of the person indicated in the booking contract as a guarantee; the terms for postponing the payment will be indicated by the agency at the time of the postponement. (4) DH Villas may request all necessary documentation to be sent at the time of cancellation; the booking costs of € 85.00 are not subject to refund as per law. * For all cases not related to covid-19, the cancellation terms indicated in the general sales conditions apply.

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Wir haben 10 Tage mit Familie, Hund und Freunden in diesem fantastischen Haus verbracht, das etwas versteckt in den Hügeln liegt. Es verfügt über einen wunderschönen Garten, der vielmehr einem Park mit Olivenhain und riesigem Pool gleichkommt, in der Ferne sieht man sogar das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist eher rustikal und auch etwas spartanisch, allerdings vollkommen ausreichend, da man sich ja eh überwiegend draußen aufhält. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich und gaben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Events und Restaurants. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Familienurlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen werden.
