The villa is located in Montefiore dell'Aso, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, and consists of a main building and a cosy outbuilding.
Villa Montefiore is arranged on two floors, connected by an internal staircase. The spacious rooms, the carefully chosen furniture and a beautiful ceiling of wooden beams, all give the structure a cosy and comfortable appearance.
The structure welcomes its guests into a spacious lounge, where a small sitting rooms with sofas is located. Directly to the right there is a service bathroom and a large professional kitchen fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee maker. A door from the kitchen leads directly outside to the back patio where there is a table and some chairs, allowing guests to eat outside while enjoying the view of the beautiful garden.
On the ground floor of villa Montefiore there is also another small sitting room, with a fireplace and a bookcase and a second large area with two beautiful wooden tables, sofas and a satellite TV. Also here there is a glass door leading directly into the back of the building.
The staircase is located at the entrance of the villa, and leads directly to the second floor. Here can be found:
- Two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room;
- A triple, consisting of a double bedroom and an adjoining single bedroom;
- A further triple, also consisting of a double and a single.
Both triples have a private bathroom with shower, and each room also includes a private balcony.
The outbuilding, which is located next to the villa, includes two completely independent apartments, composed as follows:
- apartment with a living room with a kitchenette and an extra single bed (please note: in the 2024 season the extra single bed will no longer be available), a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower;

Bedrooms are equipped with insect screens on windows.
Nestled in a picturesque hillside setting, the villa is perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay. However, the internet connection and mobile network coverage in this area are poor. Therefore, it is not ideal for remote working or for those who require a stable connection.
The villa is located not far from the village of Montefiore dell'Aso, in a quiet area surrounded by a beautiful countryside.
The property has a beautiful, large garden, which is surrounded by hedges, giving it absolute privacy. In the back of the villa there is a large patio, where there is a small table with chairs, several sofas, and a gas barbecue.
A pathway winds its way from the main building to the beautiful enclosed swimming pool, surrounded by a large solarium with several sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
Near the garden there is also a nice (unlit) tennis court, where guests can play games and have fun with family and friends.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in Montefiore dell'Aso, in the municipality of Ascoli Piceno. Montefiore is a village of incomparable charm, with many attractions that can be visited in a day, such as, for example, the imposing city walls, which immediately strike the visitor for their excellent preservation.
Another building of historical and cultural (as well as religious) interest is the Church of San Francesco, and the convent of the same name. Here there are numerous rooms dedicated to art: among these, the most interesting is undoubtedly the room of rural civilisation, where objects and tools used by the local rural population are on display.
The property is also close to many other places of interest, such as seaside resorts like Pedaso, which is only 6 kilometres away. Other seaside resorts of interest are Porto San Giorgio and the renowned Riviera delle Palme just a little further south, with the beautiful beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
There are also many beautiful towns in the area, such as Monterubbiano, Ripatransone and Offida, where you can stroll among ancient buildings and medieval walls and enjoy the local food specialities.
Furthermore, for those who love hiking and trekking, a short trip can take you to the Monti Sibillini National Park, where there are wonderful landscapes and beautiful trails to enjoy.
