This beautiful apartment is situated in the small, idyllic town of Elpe, surrounded by majestic mountains, lush forests, and picturesque meadows in the Hochsauerland region between Winterberg and Olsberg. It's the perfect place to spend a restful and relaxing holiday. The ground-floor apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. And, in the same house, you can have breakfast in the cafe/bakery, buy freshly baked goods, or even have lunch. This home is an ideal vacation stay for a small family.
The region offers a wide range of activities and excursion destinations to suit every taste. Whether you decide to spend a fun-filled day at the "Fort Fun" amusement park, which is only 2.5 km away, visit the nearby mining museum in Ramsbeck and learn about the rich history of the area or take a trial course in paragliding in Elpe, there's never a dull moment. The immediate vicinity offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts, with countless hiking trails and opportunities for cycling, horseback riding and fishing. For those who enjoy swimming and relaxation, the nearby town of Olsberg, which is approximately 10 km away, offers a state-of-the-art sports and leisure pool facility called Aqua. Here you can swim laps in the 25m-long sports pool with diving platform, regenerate in the saline pool or simply unwind in the sauna world. In the winter, the area is a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts, with several top-modern ski lifts and cross-country skiing trails in the immediate vicinity. The house meets all our expectations. Very nicely decorated, everything we need is there and of good quality. Even with this very hot weather, the temperature in the room is very pleasant. Ample parking space. And a separate room to place the bicycles. Friendly and helpful landlord.

Very nice complete apartment with lovely terrace, bakery around the corner where you can eat simply but well. Beautiful walks from the apartment, we had bought a hiking map in Olsberg, everything was well signposted, well we had beautiful weather then you can do what you want. In short, very much enjoyed.

Wonderful and clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The environment is beautiful and quiet. And the children had a great time in the playground opposite the apartment. We had a great stay.

From the reception of the hosts to the equipment of the apartment, everything is very satisfactory. The apartment is highly recommended, as nothing is lacking there and the location is the ideal starting point for a few nice days off. We would like to come again.

Nice apartment, spacious enough for 2 people and dog. Lovely quiet area. Fortunately we had good weather so we could use the terrace. Minus were the mattresses there were dips. The owner promised us that if we would come again next year that there will be new mattresses, will definitely come back again

We were warmly welcomed in a perfect apartment. The area is beautiful and very suitable for walking and there are several nice towns to visit. The bakery around the corner has delicious spelled bread and the Kaiserschmarn is delicious.

It was super.Nice apartment. Neat and nicely finished. There is a stream on the bedroom side. It made a lot of noise if you want to sleep with the window open. No babbling brook but almost a swirling brook. At least in the winter. The owner gave us this too. This did not matter to us. I am deaf at night and my husband is always and everywhere sleeping. throughout;) The bakery five meters away is also ideal. We enjoyed.

You are the first guests of the spring season. Our surprise got bigger when the neighbor brought us to the holiday home, opened the door for us. You are the first guests in the totally renovated apartment. Everything was new and we were allowed to use it for the first time. The pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware were purchased new. That the owner of the apartment has a lot of respect for his guests is evident. The interior and the accessories were perfectly matched. Here we saw the hand of a stylist, who advised the owner to create a pleasant stay. He certainly succeeded. You as a subsequent visitor will certainly notice that. If you are also looking for peace, then you will certainly find it in this area. The contact with the neighbor, who runs a bakery, where you can also eat delicious food is very pleasant. A nice conversation and you get very good information about the area and the people who live in this area of Germany. At our request is this flowing stream for our sun terrace the Elpe? Yes, that's right, there are trout in this mountain stream. You can see them swimming in deeper places. A few kilometers away, the Elpe changes into the Rhur (Ruhr).
