Description
This luxury holiday home can accommodate 12-14 people and is located on the outskirts of the village Siedlinghausen some 10 km from the famous ski resort of Winterberg. This newly renovated house has a large garden, double garage.
Siedlinghausen is a nice village, situated between the hills of the Sauerland. The village can be found within walking distance of the house. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and tourist infrmation: you can find it in Siedlinghausen.
The house is comfortably decorated and can accommodate 12-14 people. On the ground floor the house has a spacious living room with TV area with wide screen TV (also Dutch channels) and DVD player. On the other side of the living room there is a large dining table for 12 people and a soapstone wood stove. Adjacent to the living room is a reading / playroom, to sit back and relax with a good book and for the children to play.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, blender and toaster. Finally, there is on the ground floor a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms: all four with double beds of 210 cm (loose boxsprings), in one of the bedrooms is also a bunk bed (XTRA!) The bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower and a washbasin. On the landing there is a second toilet.
On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms both with double beds of 210 cm (loose boxspring beds). Also located on the second floor is a large bathroom with a bath, shower, sink and toilet.
The house has been decorated very comfortable and cozy, and features many extras, such as: various magazines/books, games for young and old, cot (3x), high chair (2x), washing machine, tumble dryer, ski storage, large double garage to put your bikes or motorcycles.
In the spacious garden, around the house, you can sit out on the terrace in summer. The children will enjoy spending time on the large lawn to play (trampoline). The house is the last house on a cul de sac and therefore very suitable for children.

Location and surroundings of object
Siedlinghausen is a nice village, situated between the hills of the Sauerland. The village can be found within walking distance of the house. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and tourist infrmation: you can find it in Siedlinghausen. In Winterberg there are several ski resorts with a total of 40 kilometers of pistes, ranging from "easy to difficult." Almost all slopes are equipped with snow cannons, which can be used if there is no snow. For cross country skiers there are several trails. Around the "Kahler Asten 'is a beautiful ski area with 120 km of interconnected trails. If you prefer to walk, you can enjoy one of the beautiful, marked, hikes in the snow.
10 kilometers away from the house is the ski resort of Altastenberg, with 7 lifts. But also the resort Willingen is certainly worth a visit. Willingen is about 25 kilometers away and has a total of 18 kilometers of piste.
In the summer there is also plenty to do in the immediate area, in Siedlinghausen is a swimming pool where you can swim in spring and summer. You can walk beautiful trails, almost directly from the house, or take a nice trip on the bike, mountain bike or motorcycle. For children there is plenty to do, including in the adventure "Fort Fun" only 10 kilometers away. The golf enthusiast can visit the 9-hole golf course in Winterberg (11 km) or the 18-hole course in Schmallenberg (18 km).

Charming Sauerland house
We had a wonderful family short holiday with 3 generations in the Haus am Anger. The children were very happy about the many play possibilities. Peter provided the right timing of rain, lightning and thunder: only at night! Good bakery in the village.

Very nice holiday home with great facilities
Lots of space for guests, easy handling, quiet location! Only the beds were very soft. But that's a matter of taste.
We were 6 people and had a very pleasant time. The kitchen is well equipped, there are also options for barbecuing and playing outside.

Family weekend
The huge and lovingly furnished vacation house leaves nothing to be desired. Every child, no matter the age, has various play opportunities, both inside the house and in the large garden. The rooms are all very large, and the box spring beds are comfortable. We stayed in the house with 9 adults and 2 toddlers, and everyone had plenty of space. The children were thrilled with the many toys in the house and in the garden.

reichlich Parkmöglichkeiten, ruhige Lage, zu Fuß in 5 Min im Ort (beim Bäcker)
Betreuung durch Verwalter vor Ort, 1 Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt

Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Freunden,
Beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.
