This holiday home is a 6-bedroom spacious villa located 500m away from the forest, can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has access to free WiFi and ski bus is 1km away.
Located 5km away from the ski lift, offers easy access for winter sports like cross-country skiing. There are walking routes starting right from your doorstep and the famous towns of Willingen, Diemelsee and Winterberg are just a 15min drive away. The township of Elpe is 12km away and do visit the bakery across the street. There is a public pool 6km away and a lake 15km away. Avail general supplies and enjoy various restaurants in the town centre located 6km away. Tourist information is at a distance of 12km.
This holiday home in Olsberg has a private garden for you to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. There are books available in the villa and indoor games like pool table and table tennis table for some fun with family and friends. There is a small garden at the side of the house, but you can also make yourself comfortable on the balcony with garden furniture. The tourist resorts of Winterberg and Willingen (with a great skiing infrastructure) and the magnificent nature around the Diemelsee and in the Sorpe Valley are all within 15 minutes' drive. The hiking trails run right past the house. In short: a great holiday destination for family and friends.

We had a nice holiday / vacation time in the Elpetalhaus. There was enough space for 9 children and 3 adults. The kids had a lot of fun, especially playing billiards or table football. In the living room you could sit well together and in general the house is very comfortably furnished. The landlady is very nice and uncomplicated.

I would actually describe the accommodation as "value for money". The house is cozy. Especially the large living room There is a lot of space, large and well equipped kitchen. However, the house was clean only at first glance. There were a lot of cobwebs in the corners and socks from the previous tenant under the bed. Something like that is uncomfortable. However, the mattresses, pillows and duvets were reasonably clean and smelled freshly laundered. The worst thing about the house, however, was the poor insulation and sometimes much too small radiators in some rooms. The heater got hot quickly, but the rooms stayed cold. We almost all froze at night! A room (under the roof) remained uninhabited, since it was freezing and not warm even after 2 days. So we had to move a little closer and sometimes 3 adults slept in a room that was actually only intended for one person. Such a thing is unacceptable! The house is well located and there is a good bakery next door. We had a great weekend thanks to the snow in Winterberg. However, we would not book the accommodation again.

A wonderful base in a beautiful setting. Lots of space, very clean and a quick and friendly responding owner. You can play table tennis or pool in the basement or in the attic. Nice sofas and well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely come back again!

The time of arrival may be a little earlier, we found 16.00 something on the late side. The accommodation was neat. The facilities were good. The area was also very beautiful. We had a nice weekend.

The arrival was good. It was a short search, since the navi did not indicate number 24 and the house number is missing. The house on the outside does not show what the inside shows. Positively surprised. The environment is beautiful but the village itself has no facilities.

The area was beautiful and we have lots of nice pictures to make in the snow at Winterberg.Kortom for our family was a thick 9. A minus, the new, very nice room, upstairs was stone cold and not too hot, with extra duvets that could be solved again.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was completely suited to our needs. Do not expect unusual Landall or Center Parcs cottage, but a cottage with real conviviality. Enough books to read, entertainment for the kids (pool table and table tennis table) and lots of space.

The arrival was not a problem, we have found the key itself in the mailbox. Unfortunately, the house was very cooled because the heating was not on. but Settled warm quickly. Apparently the TV was still moved by the owner and not adjust readily War. Have him but did not miss. Unfortunately, the dishes was not completely clean. And generally the cleanliness was not given. The lower bathroom smelled musty. Nevertheless, there is a cozy nice split house where we spent a lovely time.

We had this summer a pleasant holiday with our family. For the key of the house had to be called to go to the key manager, which was then quickly. The children of our party enjoyed the toys. The house itself was fine and had all the things we needed. The finish could have been a little tidier and the interior is here and there some old-fashioned. The house is detached, but just before and behind the house is a road. The road to the house is a thoroughfare and the (freight) traffic comes started early. The sleepers on the front of the house were not always so quiet night. But all in all it was a nice, cozy holiday!

The house urgently needs a general overhaul in terms craftsmanship defects \/ cleanliness and advertising on the Internet. It was nice there when it was finally warm, but it could be really good if someone would take the house. Table tennis in ski suit went, billiards was not at all (only in summer).

A cottage which fits for people with children. The home is very spacious and some rooms are far apart, so you also feel that you are a private hebt.Het cottage is nothing wrong with that, very well received. You do have to drive around a bit. Only the bakery is across the street.

We have entertained us excellently. Our geschelschap consisted of two families with a total of four children. Accommodation is on a main road. The resorts of Winterberg and Willingen were fine reachable from Elpe.

A nice house with lots of space. Very nice boxspring beds. House is clean, spacious kitchen with many appliances and plenty of crockery and cutlery for large groups. Also, enough furniture. Outside indeed not much space. Shame there was no bbq. House could use a coat of paint on the outside, but inside you notice any of it. By one bedroom upstairs walk all heating ducts, it is therefore always warm up that bedroom, even when all the heaters are off. The bakery across the street is indeed a must. Further messages are doing fine in Olsberg (15min).

What an nice house, welcoming, cozy and yet very practical. Excellent beds so made good nights and also the nice family room with bunk beds and children's toys was well received. Of the ping pong table in the basement and the pool table on "attic" is made ample use. Nearby a nice walk and a terrace packed in Winterberg. It was nice weather so we sat outside in the garden. Touch the bakery across the street has delicious breads and pastries!
