Friendly couple. Apartment spacious and nice and cool (were there with 30graden). On edge of forest, was ideal with the hond.Ruim bath was in the garden where we could use.Bed mattress was not nice, was a little bobbled.Jammer that there is no vacuum cleaner for us was what we could use because of dog hair.

The house, however, exceeded all our expectations. Very clean and equipped with every comfort (even slightly). The owners were super friendly and very hospitable . Highly recommended!

We fell in love with the small, but beautiful village of Ulmen. The reception and the house were perfectly fine. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the home and all the accommodations. The owners are very friendly. We knew that pets were welcome (even though we don't have our own), but we didn't know that dogs (and a cat) were always running free. This may be extra fun for some, but an obstacle for others (fear, allergy, ...)

We had a wonderful holiday here with 2 young children. Reception was very good, very friendly people. The apartment meets everything you need. Very spacious and wonderfully clean. Very cool on hot days. Very nice environment and the apartment is located almost directly on the forest. Furthermore, the location is great, between Trier (50 minutes 'drive) and Koblenz (45 minutes' drive). You also have a lot to do for the children in the area. Many adventure parks and playgrounds and a nice safari park. All in all a wonderful apartment with friendly owners!

We had a wonderful holiday. A nice and clean house. Small terrace to sit outside. Playground 50 m away where our children aged 4 and 6 themselves were safe to. As you walk out of the way and pasture crossing, you come to a lake of an ancient volcano. Where you can swim and walk. Plenty of hiking opportunities in the big lake (nature reserve). The towns of Cochem, Koblenz and Trier are worth. Behind the house is a bijenpad. At 100m there is a meadow where fine play football can be. Owners are friendly and speak German and English. In the village there is a nice restaurant on the square. A great vacation for our family.

Arrival was great, friendly people. The cottage looked neat and fresh, everything was clean. A downside was the bed, the mattresses really need to be replaced, completely saggy, and the bed is also quite low. we had a great time, there is enough to do at short distances by car.

Although we only had a weekend in November and it was very bad weather, we still had a nice and warm stay. This is truly a vacation home for an older couple, or a younger couple with one or two small children. It is wonderfully quiet. The property offers all the amenities (although no microwave) and is spacious. In good weather you can walk desired short or long. Its location in the middle of the Eifel is great whatever the weather you are so by car where you basically want, especially since Ulmen two autobahns is set (48 and 1) and a Bundesstrasse (257-259). The landlord couple is welcoming and willing to chat. Overall, we were very pleased.

We enjoyed a long weekend in this house, the house is quiet location on the edge of Ulmen on a hill. The house has a very well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and lots of extra 's such as gourmet and stone grill set, multiple fondue sets and plenty of pans, bowls etc .. If you love hiking, you can from the house quickly into the woods, we unfortunately had 4 days of rain and chose not to go for a walk. Very convenient we also found things like dish soap, toilet paper, coffee filter bags, dishwashing cubes \/ salt, napkins, tea towels and things like that were all present we could use everything and did in that area to purchase anything.

This holiday gives a feeling of coming home. This comfortable home that is fine modern furnishings and is equipped, life is good. For us, a well-equipped kitchen, living and bedroom for the children giant TV 's and DVD' s, Wii, games and toys. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, the cat and the dog who live upstairs. In the forest beginning we walked back beside the house. A must is to go after a pizza at the Italian but through the home. Because the house is on top of the mountain, the view is magnificent. There is only one minus point, you have this view not only from the garden and from the house.

Ulmen is small and quiet, but with several supermarkets, a ruin with a small lake, good for a nice evening stroll. It is centrally located near Cochem, Daun wildlife park, bird \/ wolf park Kasselburg, you can enjoy hiking in the area, but you are so Trier and Koblenz. Nature, culture and rest is all here. We had a wonderful holiday here with 2 young children. Reception was very good, very friendly people. The apartment meets everything you need. Very spacious and wonderfully clean. Very cool on hot days. Very nice environment and the apartment is located almost directly on the forest. Furthermore, the location is great, between Trier (50 minutes 'drive) and Koblenz (45 minutes' drive). You also have a lot to do for the children in the area. Many adventure parks and playgrounds and a nice safari park. All in all a wonderful apartment with friendly owners!

We fell in love with the small, but beautiful village of Ulmen. The reception and the house were perfectly fine. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the home and all the accommodations. The owners are very friendly. We knew that pets were welcome (even though we don't have our own), but we didn't know that dogs (and a cat) were always running free. This may be extra fun for some, but an obstacle for others (fear, allergy, ...)

Absolutely clean apartment, the first hiking trails directly at the house. Very sympathetic landlords who are approachable when you need them and who are otherwise by no means intrusive. In the accommodation you have connection to a cat and two dogs from the landlord. These two absolutely friendly, perfectly behaved animals are able to turn people who are afraid of dogs into dog friends. All in all ... a great vacation and should we go back to the Eifel, we know where to go.

This was the first time that we had booked through Belvilla and left with some reserve towards Ulmen. The photo 's we had seen at the site were nice, but what would reflect the reality? The house, however, exceeded all our expectations. Very clean and equipped with every comfort (even slightly). The owners were super friendly and very hospitable . Highly recommended!

Nice, quiet holiday. Good reception with a brief tour, instructions and a bottle of sparkling wine. The house is on one level and fully equipped. Hiccups (no fly screen on the patio door, no microwave) are nothing compared to the rest of the house. Ulmen is an ideal utgangspunt for hikers, cyclists and day trips to Cochem and Daun. We have had a wonderful week.

The home owners where super sweet and our stay was lovely. Everything you could need for a holliday was there. A dishwasher, coffee maker, big closet, games (in German :p), Wi, playstation, books and a great surrounding. We went with our dog and the walks where beautifull. Overall our experience was great, even with the rain all weekend.

The apartment completely meets the description, except for one small thing: the dining table (which can be seen in the picture 's Belvilla), which was replaced by a smaller glass specimen with sharper edges (a little more dangerous with wild children and the angles of head and eye). Furthermore, only report positive business friendly welcome, very quiet, clean, good sense of space, plenty of light, functional kitchen and bathroom, good working machine, very pleasant, not too soft beds and soft, clean bedding. the owner has a very social cat, which they may or may not let your choice (we did that myself with pleasure) .Fijne walks for all ages starting from the apartment. the trip Ulmen-Cochem through Endert , possibly cut into pieces, is an absolute must on a large piece of forest trails and a babbling brook, waterfalls, watermills, possibility to eat on the way ... in addition, a small child friendly toad that also leaves the house and walks around the lakes of Ulmen (the small lake and the ruins on foot, the large lake with beautiful scenery, has flat ground and may possibly with a children's bicycle or stroller). playground a few tens of meters, visible from the sunny terrace, children 4 and 6, were allowed to go. Close (within a radius of 20 km), there were also a number of ideal activities for (young) families Wildpark Daun (with free-range wild, monkeys, llamas 's and emu' s and a playground), Play and Game Park Klotten (the rides are best suited for children between 4 and 10), Cochem (beautiful but steep walk between Cochem and Klotten) with its ice creams, train, delicious cakes and chairlift ... Everything was great from start to finish. A very nice apartment, great and comfortably furnished. Everything in excellent condition and super clean. The equipment left nothing to be desired. Super nice landlords who immediately made you feel welcome and are available with advice and action.

We fell in love with the small, but beautiful village of Ulmen. The reception and the house were perfectly fine. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the home and all the accommodations. The owners are very friendly. We knew that pets were welcome (even though we don't have our own), but we didn't know that dogs (and a cat) were always running free. This may be extra fun for some, but an obstacle for others (fear, allergy, ...)

The house is comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is well equipped. Shame there is no microwave. 5 meters you walk into nature wonderful. The place to sit outside is not completely fenced.

Absolutely clean apartment, the first hiking trails directly at the house. Very sympathetic landlords who are approachable when you need them and who are otherwise by no means intrusive. In the accommodation you have connection to a cat and two dogs from the landlord. These two absolutely friendly, perfectly behaved animals are able to turn people who are afraid of dogs into dog friends. All in all ... a great vacation and should we go back to the Eifel, we know where to go.

What a fully furnished house. Clean and tidy. If help is needed, they are there. Very nice. So far (because we've been doing this for years) the best and finest house there is. Compliments to the owners.

a fine and spacious house in the basement (accessible by stairs). Well clean and spacious with all amenities. Close to the forest before the start of the walk(s). The only downside: the lighting is rather bright and therefore a bit lackluster.

We had a wonderful holiday. A nice and clean house. Small terrace to sit outside. Playground 50 m away where our children aged 4 and 6 themselves were safe to. As you walk out of the way and pasture crossing, you come to a lake of an ancient volcano. Where you can swim and walk. Plenty of hiking opportunities in the big lake (nature reserve). The towns of Cochem, Koblenz and Trier are worth. Behind the house is a bijenpad. At 100m there is a meadow where fine play football can be. Owners are friendly and speak German and English. In the village there is a nice restaurant on the square. A great vacation for our family.
