The landscape is amazing and the various activities will keep you busy during the vacation. Cycle and explore the beauty and geology of the place. You can enjoy hiking on the famous 313 km long Eifelsteig hiking trail. There is a public swimming pool at 500 m and a lake at 10 km for a refreshing swim. Supermarket and restaurants are at 1 km.
Spacious and modern interiors with central heating offer a wonderful stay. Spend the evenings indoors. Relax in the living room watching TV or enjoy the view from the balcony. Parking, high chair, and trampoline are arranged here. You can enjoy the barbecue from the furnished garden and stay outdoors till night.

Arrival properly arranged key at the agreed place. Accommodation large, neat and very complete. Benches bad, shower needs a little maintenance due to mold. Nice that there were towels, and kitchen towels were present. A freezer is mentioned in the e-mail sent just before departure, it was not present all season. ( Broken )

No one was present upon arrival. Through the neighbor there has been contact with the manager. He gave us the code of the key box and told which of the two houses was meant for us. Later we appeared to have received an e-mail on the day of arrival about how to get in. So it was a bit late. Especially since we were already on vacation and did not always have internet. Living was wonderfully spacious, and everything was present. The only downside is that the house has a moisture problem here and there. Because of this, for example, in a bedroom there was mold on the wall and in the shower cabin there was so much fungus that I first scrubbed with chlorine for fifteen minutes. I enjoyed a wonderful time, beautiful views, Dutch TV and a great base for many trips. We would go back again soon.

mail contact with owner, friendly and informative before arrival. Accommodation was spacious and well facilitated, here and there somewhat outdated but this was not disturbing. The entire apartment has shutters, so that heat and light were kept outside. good beds. In addition, good wifi, four mobile and laptops son and daughter had good reception. But most importantly beautiful surroundings and wonderful views. chances are that we will book again. Tip, take the train, group card offers the possibility to travel with max 5 people for 26 euros to Trier eg.

When we arrived we were welcomed nicely by Martijn which gave us a tour of the house. He has everything explained how everything works. Everything else is present. The area is also fantastic especially the view from the balcony on the environment.

It was a great house, fully equipped and we were allowed to use anything present. Even the ice in the freezer we could eat and drink the wine in the refrigerator. Great trips and a beautiful view from the balcony.

Very comfortable home. Very welcoming reception. Excellent facilities and extra 's in the house. Really just figured it out. The location of the house is very nice. Sitting on the balcony or on the large balcony terrace one can enjoy. Lovely area for walking through all kinds of stairs and between lanes to the heart of Gerolstein where you suddenly just a beautiful park landed where a source state where your thirst can lessons with Gerolsteiner Sprudel. The kids thought it was a true adventure. Good facilities in the vicinity much to do and see. example Daun or Trier. The owner is in the house a small collection of environment maps, tips and activities that we have made good use of.

In the village plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, just a bit of climbing but that makes sense in this region….
