Good price/quality ratio. The house is quiet, on the edge of the forest, and well cleaned. The landlord is friendly. The whole group is pleased with the beds. The fenced garden is lovely with dogs. What’s less: The fridge is not large, it’s a bit of a squeeze (5 adults). I find parking difficult but not insurmountable. Turning around is not possible at the end of the dead-end road. We came with 2 cars. We now park them a few houses earlier in the verge. The highlight of this vacation was a visit to the Wildlife Park. This was also great for the little dogs. Our puppy had the day of his life.

Unfortunately, the bathroom on the upper floor has aged, but it should not be considered neglected, only worn and outdated, as well as the old wooden doors on the floor. It is a beautiful area, lots of nature, beautiful views and lots of rest! If you come from the busy city life like us, it is worth the rest. The cottage is very old and little maintenance has been committed, this is certainly a point of the owner to do something with it. The bathroom upstairs is from year 0, the washing machine is present but it really needs to be replaced like so many things. What is a pity is that the house is specified as detached, this is certainly the case if you only rent the house for guests not for two several guests at the same time. You have a front and rear garden, these are attached to each other, making it one house, but can be rented out for two families at the same time, which is a shame if you don't read this anywhere. Because of this you also have to park the car very close to the house on this dead end street, otherwise the neighbors at the back will ask you every time if you want to remove the car. In short, a 6 as a figure. The area is not much to do if you really want to go to a center you must take the car. Supermarkets abound, families with children come for the peace of mind, as we are perfect, but if you want to please the children, this location is not recommended.Cleaning is really a minus point, especially corners, ceilings floors are very bad. Super beautiful surroundings, every morning deer by the living room window. The house has everything, the kitchen is very complete, there is even a barbecue. The garden is nice, for large dogs the fences are a bit low but we kept our malamute on a leash anyway due to the deer. The first evening learned that there is limited hot water, if you take this into account, nothing wrong. We will probably go back again in the summer or autumn. You are in a valley; for people with disabilities, it is very steep up and down: for us, the location was perfect. Peace, space, greenery, and secluded.

Everything went well, we spent a nice weekend here. The email communication with the homeowner worked well. The house is as described, located on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest, very quiet. Everything as described was present, it was preheated as announced by the owner. The bathroom on the ground floor is renovated, in good condition. Unfortunately, the bathroom on the upper floor has aged, but it should not be considered neglected, only worn and outdated, as well as the old wooden doors on the floor. Chick was very neat, only the fridge / freezer combination was a bit too small for all food and drinks for 8 people, so we had to do more shopping than we initially wanted to do. Apart from this small flaw, the house was good. Bedrooms were also neat and spacious enough. House is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it nice and quiet. If you want to walk towards the center of the village, it is a small climb on the way back to walk towards the house. In the village there are a number of restaurants, an ice cream parlor and 2 supermarkets.

It is a beautiful area, lots of nature, beautiful views and lots of rest! If you come from the busy city life like us, it is worth the rest. The cottage is very old and little maintenance has been committed, this is certainly a point of the owner to do something with it. The bathroom upstairs is from year 0, the washing machine is present but it really needs to be replaced like so many things. What is a pity is that the house is specified as detached, this is certainly the case if you only rent the house for guests not for two several guests at the same time. You have a front and rear garden, these are attached to each other, making it one house, but can be rented out for two families at the same time, which is a shame if you don't read this anywhere. Because of this you also have to park the car very close to the house on this dead end street, otherwise the neighbors at the back will ask you every time if you want to remove the car. In short, a 6 as a figure. The area is not much to do if you really want to go to a center you must take the car. Supermarkets abound, families with children come for the peace of mind, as we are perfect, but if you want to please the children, this location is not recommended.Cleaning is really a minus point, especially corners, ceilings floors are very bad. The bathroom on the ground floor was of this time. A modernization for the rest of the house would be appropriate. Hellenthal is a quiet village where there is not much to do, but we did not come for that. We mainly wanted to tour around the Eifel, which worked out fine. The beautiful nature of the Eifel National Park is highly recommended with many reservoirs and forests. Within walking distance, about 15 minutes, are several restaurant-style eateries. It is a beautiful area, lots of nature, beautiful views and lots of rest! If you come from the busy city life like us, it is worth the rest. The cottage is very old and little maintenance has been committed, this is certainly a point of the owner to do something with it. The bathroom upstairs is from year 0, the washing machine is present but it really needs to be replaced like so many things. What is a pity is that the house is specified as detached, this is certainly the case if you only rent the house for guests not for two several guests at the same time. You have a front and rear garden, these are attached to each other, making it one house, but can be rented out for two families at the same time, which is a shame if you don't read this anywhere. Because of this you also have to park the car very close to the house on this dead end street, otherwise the neighbors at the back will ask you every time if you want to remove the car. In short, a 6 as a figure. The area is not much to do if you really want to go to a center you must take the car. Supermarkets abound, families with children come for the peace of mind, as we are perfect, but if you want to please the children, this location is not recommended.Cleaning is really a minus point, especially corners, ceilings floors are very bad. We would like to thank the owner for staying here for two weeks.

A beautiful environment. The cottage was neat but not overly tidy, I myself had a hard time with it. The Lord who received us was friendly but rather reserved

We are kindly received.The accommodation was disappointing. The cottage may have a refurbishment turn. Especially the living room and the douce on the first floor. No freezer possibility for a large group. The environment was beautiful. You were also central to also see everything. The train in Hellenthal was worth doing. Check the site when it drives, it only runs on Sundays.

Some shutters could no longer be opened, others no longer closed. The house was sweeping clean, no more not less.Woning has a beautiful location, on the edge of nature. House was spacious enough for 8 people. Chick was very neat, only the fridge / freezer combination was a bit too small for all food and drinks for 8 people, so we had to do more shopping than we initially wanted to do. Apart from this small flaw, the house was good. Bedrooms were also neat and spacious enough. House is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, making it nice and quiet. If you want to walk towards the center of the village, it is a small climb on the way back to walk towards the house. In the village there are a number of restaurants, an ice cream parlor and 2 supermarkets.

At the end of a dead end street is a detached house. Quiet and rustic. A great place to come to your rest. The house is dated on the inside. a little late 70's and some smudgy. The bathroom on the ground floor was of this time. A modernization for the rest of the house would be appropriate. Hellenthal is a quiet village where there is not much to do, but we did not come for that. We mainly wanted to tour around the Eifel, which worked out fine. The beautiful nature of the Eifel National Park is highly recommended with many reservoirs and forests. Within walking distance, about 15 minutes, are several restaurant-style eateries. Not special, but cost-effective. A reasonable choice for a short break.

The house can be modernized. Location fine. Washing machine and dryer do not work, also need to be replaced. That was a setback. Price quality ratio is not quite right. That price should actually be lowered by 25%. Then the proportions are good.
