Description
The holiday flat has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and coffee machine. Pots and pans in various sizes, as well as baking and casserole dishes are also available, as well as sufficient crockery and cutlery. We provide a small selection of various spices and teas, as well as coffee powder and filters, flour, sugar and salt in small quantities for our guests. Kitchen towels, washing-up liquid, washing-up sponge and dishwasher tabs are also included in the rental price, your holiday starts as soon as you arrive.
The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
In the bathroom there is a ground-level shower, WC, a large mirror, as well as a make-up mirror and hairdryer. Liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel are available here.
Bed linen and towels are of course also part of our free service.
The living/dining room offers enough space for all guests. There you can end the day with the available games and books or comfortably watch TV.
As a highlight, there is an attic room above the first bedroom. There is also a flat-screen TV, radio/CD with Bluetooth and books with different Eifel themes... Or you can simply relax.
Our large balcony offers seating and a large table where you can also enjoy your meal in fine weather.
For families with small children, we provide a travel cot with mattress, bed linen or sleeping bag, baby changing unit, baby monitor and high chair, as well as small children's cutlery and plastic crockery in the kitchen.
We are also happy to welcome guests with their dogs.

Location and surroundings of object
Morsbach is located in the Rur-Eifel region northwest of Schleiden, not far from the border with Belgium in the Eifel National Park. To the west lies the Dreiborn plateau, which invites you to go on long hikes. In the autumn months of September and October, you can watch the red deer looking for a mate.
To the north is the former Ordensburg Vogelsang with its striking visitor centre made of steel and glass. The Eifelsteig and Wilnistrail hiking trails run across the grounds, and several circular trails around and across Lake Urftsee let you enjoy the tranquillity of unspoilt nature.
The Hellenthal game reserve with a bird of prey station, the Kommern game reserve, the Kommern open-air museum and the game park in Schmidt are all in the immediate vicinity. A trip to Phantasialand would also be possible.

Great apartment
