Description
Our holiday home for eight people is located in the quiet Hellenthal-Ramscheid. Have you always wanted to listen to the silence? To look at the stars on a clear night? To be in the middle of nature, but not alone? To spend the evening by the fireplace or campfire after an excursion or hike in the area?
You can experience all this during a stay in our holiday home "eifel-mökki", about an hour's drive from Cologne.
The children will be especially happy about the studio. There they have their own kingdom, equipped with toys, books and games. The garden also offers space for games and sports. A sand playground with lots of play equipment and outdoor toys is at your disposal. There is a barbecue on the fireplace.
Spending time outdoors, preferably at any time of the year, is important to us. Thanks to the covered terrace, this is also possible in less nice weather.
Our house can accommodate eight people in two or four bedrooms. Depending on your needs and budget. Ask us, we will be happy to answer your questions.

Location and surroundings of object
The eifel-mökki holiday home is located at the end of a small Eifel hill village. Here you will find peace and relaxation. In the garden, the view sweeps over Eifel meadows and forests. In summer the day ends at the campfire, in winter the stove warms you after a hike. Directly at the house, down the mountain, you will find several signposted hiking trails.
A special highlight is a visit to the daffodil meadows in spring. The Belgian border and the Ardennes Boulevard are also within easy reach. You should also plan a trip to the bird of prey station in Hellenthal.

The accommodation tax of the Hellenthal municipality of 1.50€/night/guest over 14 years of age is due on the day of arrival. |

Full equipment in nature.
Thank you for the great weekend!! We were here with 8 people and benefited from the grill, game equipment, and many outdoor furniture pieces, and had a wonderful weekend. We would recommend it to anyone, you can tell how much passion has gone into this great accommodation. It was wonderfully quiet and as city people, we found the relaxation we were looking for here. Thumbs up for the recommendation!!

Great place to stay
The owners of the house took much effort to make it cosy and welcoming. I love the many pieces of homemade art.
The house is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked.
The large attic is an absolute treasure for kids!

Eifel cottage
The Eifel Mecki is located in a wonderful location in the heart of the Eifel nature reserve. In the Eifel National Park, you can see many stars. The house is wonderfully equipped, with a small kitchen that has everything you need, a living room with a small fireplace and wood that you can use. In summer, there is a large terrace where up to eight people can sit outside, have breakfast, and use the grill in the evening. Children have the opportunity to play outside, with a sandbox and toys available. It is very peaceful to sleep here at night. The gastronomy can be easily reached with a 15-minute walk.

Nice and child-friendly
