It's nice and quiet, the house is bright and clean. The area is fantastic. You have a lot of uphill and downhill. We have enjoyed a great week! The house was clean, cozy and had a great view. The original village was a relief after the busy Randstad. The restaurant downstairs in the village was very nice with a very friendly owner, we have good memories. You just need to pay cash, because an ATM is not aanwezig.Kortom, with our two dogs we had a fantastic hiking.

A very clean cottage in a beautiful location. The mountain expire and you have a bakery and a restaurant. In Hellenthal a butcher, bakery and small supermarket and a large Schleiden. Truly a fantastic holiday that meets all our (quite high) demands met! The Eifel is a wonderful environment! Beautiful scenery for walking and cycling. Reifferscheid is a picturesque 14th century village in perfect condition. The apartment is very clean and modern, with all amenities (including a terrace and garden, and the grass was mowed straight for us!) With the most amazing views of the valley, just from the breakfast table! And opposite the apartment in the building is even a spa! Friendly villagers, nice terrace, restaurant and supermarket nearby. Very welcoming to dogs, there we were very happy with our puppy sleeptouw.Het weather was also great, so this holiday goes down in history as GOLD!

We have a very nice holiday in Reiffenscheid. The house was in order pico bello (a mixer in the kitchen after). The sauna and steam room were a nice extra. In the neighborhood we found three supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl and Norma) and in Hellenthal we could get help from the tourist information. A very nice walk of 5 km is that the Narzissenwiese. We were just a little too early (April 3 to 10) to all the daffodils in full bloom, but the walk in the forest was in a word "erholsam", we enjoyed it. We see us all back in the winter when the trees are covered with a layer sneeuw.Vriendelijke greetings Suzy and Luc

The cottage was really nice and the spa and sauna were perfect. We have never been "a clean and tidy house seen. Everything was in the cottage there, hairdryer, coffee maker, bottle opener, dishwashing cubes, coffee filters and so on. We were however terrible backache in bed and we have the mattresses finally the floor laid. The area was very quiet and there was not really a cozy pub in the immediate vicinity (as far as we could find) (a nice cheap restaurant). For the peace and to walk it there gorgeous ...

This is a super property. It all looks neat and fully equipped. We had a fantastic weekend. The village where the house is beautiful! If you look through the bedroom window, you can see the castle. When you walk through the village, we do not feel that it's 2006. Characteristic houses and gates you come up against. All very atmospheric. We already know that we are going to go again. We had a very pleasant midweek present in this delicious woning.Alles and have never seen a property that was still so fresh, white, clean and crisp. To confess. No taint Beautiful view. Also liked that there is a nice garden with sun loungers and barbeque available is.De house is really well equipped, up to a box with all sorts of games to it. Nice apartment in a unique location in the castle of Reifferscheid. We have not lacked anything there. We have not used the wellness.There is much to do in the area, for example the wildlife park in Hellenthal or the half-timbered town of Monschau. The Eifel nature park is also great for walking. You can also make beautiful walks directly from the cottage. Facilities such as shops are not there in Reifferscheid. At the beginning of May, all hospitality businesses were also closed. Shops can be found in Hellenthal.

A wonderful week in a beautiful spot! The rest was just distorted with the chickens and the buzzing mosquitoes, night ... but that was the only plague ... Very quiet and beautiful area, within the city walls of Reiffenscheid. Very clean and spacious apartment (for two people). Cottage has everything (to Dutch trivia!). Good kitchen with dishwasher, nice sized bathroom and comfortable furniture. Bed creaks or ... All very clean. Very friendly lady owner. The other area is beautiful with lots of lovely walks. For longer stays (midweek) recommended to take a good walking and to go out.

The cottage is equipped with all kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, a good bed and good shower. The possibility of a sauna, whirlpool and sunbed hire for a small fee is a luxury and a must do. The garden is shared with other guests and owners can not be achieved through the house, but by a common staircase. There are chairs and tables and it is a very pleasant place. All ingredients for a successful holiday are there!

What I enjoyed this apartment. Everything very clean and exactly as in the photo 's on the internet but still fun. The kitchen was very complete, fine oven. Nice rooms, great TV with many channels, a few movies were even in the closet. I particularly birds seen from the apartment, sitting at the window I had good views of the tops of the trees in the garden. Morning, just 10 minutes walk to the bakery in the village for delicious fresh German Brötchen, in the village we thought we indeed in the world of Charles Dickens. The sauna we could rent for both of us and was really super luxurious, very complete. From the apartment you can make beautiful walks. We have up to 20 deer and / or deer seen near (not from the apartment). We will definitely go back! Everything was really excellent!

From the cottage you could right away make a trail. The patio was nice but the picture looks like the garden belongs to it and that was not the case. You could not lie back in the grass. On the terrace only "morning sunshine.

The cottage was very nice and clean. There was more than enough plates and cutlery, which was very nice. Very complete. It was very nice that my cats were allowed to join. The downside is that the house is not really suitable for young / noisy animals because of the many breakable things on the tables and cabinets.

Nothing but praise! The apartment was super clean, freshly ironed sheets, fresh. Nice view and very quiet. Only the birds let themselves be heard. A small walk up to the former castle passes fresh white houses with spring flowers everywhere. Even the cemetery is worth the effort. Reifferscheid is the ideal starting point for hikes in the national park of the Eiffel. Bonn is 87 km away and is well worth a visit. They were four beautiful, relaxing days for us.

Apartment is neat and clean and I found it quite spacious for two people. Location in the castle is very nice and plenty of opportunities for hiking in the area. A apartment is perfect for two people (plus dog). Nice is that you come to bg-level, but that in the living room is at the back with privacy is from the communal terrace / garden (below the burchtwal), because it is considered a lot lower (at basement level). Beautiful area for walking, plenty of choice, and are in the apartment (in the meantime?) Multiple (trail) cards. Directly from home several routes (including the Historic Rundgang), but also a little further away is recommended Dreiborner plateau (with hot weather or water take yourself and dog!). Pity is the very limited trade in the village. A cafe / rest (Zum Wappen), according to insiders in terms of food not great, a (good) restaurant (Zur Kupferhardt) is only open on weekends, and in the castle itself a great terrace, but only from Wed-Sun in open afternoon. The bakery is defunct, so all messages 4 km away get in Hellenthal.Wij been there 5 nights with lots of fun, and it's definitely an address to have a weekend to come back!
