We ended up in a small community of about 300 people, and felt in a setting of some film to linger, where we were to go back in time. We also enjoyed the tranquility and views, and we made a beautiful bike ride to the lake in Hellenthal. We were very excited, waiting for this day to spend a beautiful holiday in Germany, and as soon as we arrived at this house, the owner of this house ruined our holiday when she told us that it is forbidden to have children under the age to take 14 to recreation room. This is of course not mentioned in the house reservation and she pays 30 per hour for the sauna. But the sauna is broken, what is this nonsense, then you come the second day and tell us that we can bring children, what is this nonsense. Nice hostess who responds quickly and acts on questions. The stay was very clean and had a beautiful view! The town itself seems to come out of a fairy tale. as soon as you walk out of the town, cross the bridge and turn right, you are immediately in nature. The proximity to the Eifel National Park allowed us to enjoy nature walks, and the wellness facilities were a fantastic way to relax after a day full of exploration. The sauna and the Turkish steam bath were highlights for the adults, while the children could play in the spacious garden. The hosts were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. We even enjoyed a barbecue in the evening, making it a perfect family outing!

The castle village is a picture on zich.Wij participated in a walk organized by a local walking club, Eifelverein. We were very excited, waiting for this day to spend a beautiful holiday in Germany, and as soon as we arrived at this house, the owner of this house ruined our holiday when she told us that it is forbidden to have children under the age to take 14 to recreation room. This is of course not mentioned in the house reservation and she pays 30 per hour for the sauna. But the sauna is broken, what is this nonsense, then you come the second day and tell us that we can bring children, what is this nonsense. The cottage has two bedrooms tidy so you can stay comfortably with four adults. The cottage is insanely clean and if you indicate that you want to use the wellness oasis then the local contact first to get everything spick and span to deliver. It is a great starting point for lovely walks and everything exudes calm, tranquility and ease. The village seems a century back in time to live apart from the car 's you see are. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing weekend or week in a peaceful natural setting.

Well equipped holiday home, very well maintained with new kitchen and bathroom. Very cozy village, especially in the summer are more cafes open. Daily fresh bread available at the local bakery (even on Sundays and public holidays) and good food at the restaurant in the village Zum Wappen. Village is car free (only for residents allowed, right behind the door visible in the photo, the car can be safely parked become to be repeated for sure. Friendly reception. The cottage is spotless, and everything works great. The location is really fantastic. From one window you look into the valley, from the other you look into the medieval street of the village village. From the cottage you can already make beautiful walks in nature. The Eifel National Park is a 20-minute drive away.

On arrival very kindly received by the landlord. The apartment is in a beautiful historic area on the old castle ring., Wonderfully quiet and beautiful view around. What is a shame is that there are few eating places in the vicinity, you really have to drive a bit for it, but luckily everything in the apartment is available to cook yourself.

It was a very pleasant, cozy house, in an idyllic setting with a view of the Burgtoren. A wellness that we also enjoyed. A nice base for many different clearly marked walks.

Nice hostess who responds quickly and acts on questions. The stay was very clean and had a beautiful view! The town itself seems to come out of a fairy tale. as soon as you walk out of the town, cross the bridge and turn right, you are immediately in nature. Also near beautiful towns and the beautiful Eifel area. In short, highly recommended!

We ended up in a small community of about 300 people, and felt in a setting of some film to linger, where we were to go back in time. We also enjoyed the tranquility and views, and we made a beautiful bike ride to the lake in Hellenthal.
