This spacious apartment in Piesendorf-Walchen in the Austrian Salzburgerland features a beautiful balcony and 3 renovated bathrooms. This is the ideal option for winter sports holidays.
Located in a village near Kaprun (5 km) and Zell am See (10 km), this house is on a parallel road next to the Bundesstrasse.
Ski slopes, cross-country skiing tracks, hiking and cycling routes, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, swimming lakes, supermarkets, restaurants and many sights can be found a short distance from our house. Piesendorf-Walchen, which is only a few minutes' drive from the well-known Zell am See and Kaprun, offers many hiking opportunities and in winter its own ski area, ideal for beginners and families. The place is also right on the Tauern Cycle Path. In addition, due to the central location in Salzburger Land, you can reach most of the sights very quickly. The nearest restaurant is 200 m away, as is the nearest supermarket.rest supermarket where you can get a delicious breakfast. There is a forest 500 m away and a public swimming pool 2 km away.
The apartment has a parking space for your car and a garden that you share with the owner of the house. The kitchen diner has a Smart TV and a dishwasher.
The nearest ski bus stop is 200 meters from the property.

We had a great ski vacation. The house stands in Walchen / Piesendorf, near a beginner's ski slope where you can rent cheap skis. This saves plus rent skis with minus 20 euros in Kaprun. You are also within a quarter of Zell am See and Kaprun Glacier. A fantastic ski area where both beginners and advanced enough to make mileage. About Interior space is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible via two staircases. It is therefore not suitable for the disabled. There are two spacious bedrooms with good beds and bathroom. There is a living room with TV and a small third bedroom with bathroom and adjoining a spacious kitchen with another TV. The kitchen and two large bedrooms are on the front of the house all with access to the balcony. The furniture is dated but everything is neat. The owners are incredibly nice and Joseph and his wife provide a good arrival. All in all, a house to be sure to return to. We enjoyed! No microwave is present, it we have missed!

Had a great week in "Haus Zeeland", the house was fully equipped. We were also happy with the washing machine and the storage room for the skis. We enjoyed the view! The homeowners were very nice and helpful. We loved it!

Excellent reception from the host and hostess..Fine and spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms with shower and toilet and 1 slightly smaller bedroom. Very nice are the separate living room and spacious kitchen with excellent equipment. A balcony over the entire width of the house. Beautiful view. Within 10 minutes you are at the ski resorts of Kaorun and Zell am See.

It is a beautiful, spacious and tidy apartment that is fully equipped. There is also a garden that you can use, there was a trampoline so that was very nice for our children. The owners live on the ground floor, the apartment is on the second floor. We were kindly received and could go to them for questions or information, they speak Dutch so that is very nice. The apartment is in a central place with the car you are immediately on the main road and the places zell am see and kaprun are about 10 minutes drive. Austria is really beautiful and together with this apartment it is really recommended. The only point we have experienced as a little less that it is on a fairly busy road t is a bit of a shame that a lot of traffic drives over it all day / night. We had a very nice holiday and maybe we will come back in the future.

Very nice and spacious apartment, very well equipped, nice landlord. But: it is right on the only federal road through the valley, so it is very noisy, even with the windows closed!
