Received super friendly. Beds were already made and tea towels, hand towels and bath towels all provided. Spacious car parking space and a nice location where you can quickly explore both sides of the valley where there is a lot to do. Recommended!

The house is lovely, small but cosy, with fully equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable, 5 people can easily sleep here. The host is very nice but she doesn't speak English at all, only German (I didn't try other languages). However, she does her best and tries to help with anything. There's only one problem: right next to the house, right behind the fence there's a cowshed with about 10 cows. They produce quite a smell (although in colder, rainy days it's not so bad) and attract immense number of flies. That makes sitting outside impossible, so breakfast on the patio is not an option. Obviously, flies get inside the house but the host seems to be prepared for this - she left us two fly-flaps. All in all, the stay was really nice but flies made it worse.

The accommodation is basic, but everything is there. TV stands are denoted by satellite, but no Dutch channels. Excellent wifi. Beds are good. Only downside we found the bank. That said, we do not sit. Mrs. is very friendly and also of Ms brother. who stole run next door is very friendly. Our children 9/11 years might even help in the milking stall with cows. They were headed fantastisch.Wij for skiing in Kaprun and Zell am See. Both great distance by car. Kaprun +/- 20 min., And Zell am See +/- 10 min.Wij would definitely book here again

Very nice hosts. Fresh flowers and a bottle of Servus there was welcome. Generally, the owner were always so pleasant as possible to make with advice and assistance to the stay. The house is functional and has everything you need, parking right outside the front door, mosquito nets protect against excessive nuisance. The wifi works great for tall people (1.90), the shower, however, are scarce. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

The setting is beautiful and there are plenty of activities to choose from. A walk begins as soon as you step out the door. The cottage is a bit called "kneuterig" but is clean and the beds are fine. Reception was warm and there is a beautiful garden and nice balcony with seating and lounge chairs / umbrella. On the side adjacent to a cow pasture this house / barn, so the smell is free to get and fly to the quantity. That was really a bummer, especially when sitting outside.

Cosy cottage with adequate facilities. The shower is only updated and now provides sufficient water, only just warm enough. There were still some teething problems, but these are immediately corrected by the owner. From Walchen gives the ski a good connection to Zell am See. In Kitsteinhorn the compound is problematic. Then you have to actually drive. In our week there was no snow and it was very hot, but we have skied well in the Kitsteinhorn.

Perfect for ski enthusiasts! The beginner mountain with ski school and rental is 750 meters (including night driving in the spotlight is on offer). It is located in the village of Walchen +/- with 18 cows and one bull as neighbors! A nice sight to see coming. The cottage is a seperate part of a farmers house in the village of Walchen near Piesendorf, situated about 250 meters from the main road to Kaprun and Zell am See. The cottage is easily accessible and close to the (ski) bus stop is also about 250 meters from the cottage. The cottage is pretty, is equipped with all needs, oven and dishwasher in the kitchen, but has only a toilet, unfortunately, also walled in the bathroom. 4 adult skiers that was the morning sometimes a problem.

Bernsteiner was a great base for our skiing in Kaprun and Zell am See. Depending on the weather, there was every time a skiable area and we could ski. 6 days fine despite the sometimes high temperatures and strong winds, The cottage is there also well appointed with a spacious hall where the material can dry. Stayed during the week of Christmas here. fine neat receipt by the hostess. she is friendly and tries you like to be of service. A washing machine is not there, which is a little awkward, but she offered to wash for us. The cottage itself is neat, clean and well kept. good beds (2x 2persoonsbed and a sofa bed) with females still room for a (travel) bed. We were 4 adults and a baby and it was doing just fine not much space, but adequate. During the winter there is just above the accommodation a (small) ski hill, just fine if you are not so experienced, and you can also do fun activities with children (eg funtuben and sledge). is also fine payable for two adults and as many children as the family has only 50 euros a day pass .... rental is also affordable materials and the people are friendly. Dutch and English in combination with German you come here quite far and Kaprun and sell am see are so "a 10 km (15 minutes by car) from the dorpje.let though, in the village (not pissendorf but a small village before) is really nothing to do .... drink or do so is not worden.verder him just a good experience. internet and flat screen TV with DVD was what was just a little better given the space and Magnatron vi

Even a service in the landlord-orchard was expressly permitted. Car was parked in front of the house, which is located on the grounds of the landlord. Right next to the house is a cow shed, where the cows walk right past your living room window and stop to poop, which you smell in the house. The house has a seating area outside, but this is also located right next to the cow shed, making the smell outside even worse. The house is small, stuffy, and cold. It takes a long time for warm water to come out of the tap. (Enormous water waste). Conclusion, the price-quality ratio is absolutely not in proportion to each other. Belvilla needs to adjust the description of the property. (With a more detailed description, we would not have booked this property).

A great cottage for no more than 4 people and a child. In the photo it seems to have a nice view but this is hidden by a tree and fence. The bathroom is especially small because of the sloping ceiling (and we are 192cm so that doesn't help either). Towels, flannels, kitchen textiles, herbs, dishwasher tablets are all provided. Friendly family of which husband and wife speak good English and will help you if necessary but otherwise leave you alone. Children enjoyed coming to chat and play with our kids. Nice place to drive to many other places from there and you can also walk up to where there is a small playground and a stream. Yes, there are flies that are on guard to go inside with you but this was not a problem for us (there were also many wasps in the area but then again hardly near the cottage).

Our cottage was 100% of what you could expect, clean, tidy and a beautiful location. 5 min drive to the slopes of Kaprun and 10 min drive to the ski lift in Zell am See. Super nice family that leaves you completely free but was also very helpful. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy skiing in this beautiful area. The accommodation is basic, but everything is there. TV stands are denoted by satellite, but no Dutch channels. Excellent wifi. Beds are good. Only downside we found the bank. That said, we do not sit. Mrs. is very friendly and also of Ms brother. who stole run next door is very friendly. Our children 9/11 years might even help in the milking stall with cows. They were headed fantastisch.Wij for skiing in Kaprun and Zell am See. Both great distance by car. Kaprun +/- 20 min., And Zell am See +/- 10 min.Wij would definitely book here again

A nice house. Functional. Very friendly owner. Bed linen was included and was fine. The beds were very comfortable. New, firm and not sagging. Also a nice seat on the terrace with chairs and loungers. Suitable for nature lovers and those who seek tranquility. In the summer a nice stay. After the summer the cows in the nearby stables are somewhat less quiet I think. You need a car to many things in the area to visit. The toilet and bathroom are upstairs, so not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Owner very welcoming and friendly. Nice house, but small. Low ceiling, small living room and difficult to heat. Between door was really closed to a little warm. Bedroom with comfortable beds. Easy access by car to ski slopes

Nice small house next to the verhuurster.De landlady is helpful and let your whole vrij.Parkeren the door. Linen provided. Towels are even dated (actually should be replaced). TV takes a lot of places in the house. A small investment for a flat screen, this problem oplossen.Zijn now for the second time and will definitely visit it again in the future.

The cottage is perfectly fine, very clean, adequately furnished and quiet. The owners are extremely nice, pleasantly restrained and yet always approachable. Even a service in the landlord-orchard was expressly permitted. Car was parked in front of the house, which is located on the grounds of the landlord. If you have a morning opens her eyes in bed, looking directly at the mountains. Simply gorgeous. The only drawback for us was the location directly next door cowshed, which indeed was not odor and lärmbelästigend, but a lot of flies attracted. Stayed during the week of Christmas here. fine neat receipt by the hostess. she is friendly and tries you like to be of service. A washing machine is not there, which is a little awkward, but she offered to wash for us. The cottage itself is neat, clean and well kept. good beds (2x 2persoonsbed and a sofa bed) with females still room for a (travel) bed. We were 4 adults and a baby and it was doing just fine not much space, but adequate. During the winter there is just above the accommodation a (small) ski hill, just fine if you are not so experienced, and you can also do fun activities with children (eg funtuben and sledge). is also fine payable for two adults and as many children as the family has only 50 euros a day pass .... rental is also affordable materials and the people are friendly. Dutch and English in combination with German you come here quite far and Kaprun and sell am see are so "a 10 km (15 minutes by car) from the dorpje.let though, in the village (not pissendorf but a small village before) is really nothing to do .... drink or do so is not worden.verder him just a good experience. internet and flat screen TV with DVD was what was just a little better given the space and Magnatron vi

Environment is great compared to the ski areas. Cute, sweet charming village. The owners are great nice people. The small ski area in the village is a must for families with children or beginners who are still under the ski technique to master

We had a nice week in the area (here and there some simple) home of the excellent hostess. The area is varied on one side and mountains on the other side valley (nice for cyclists). There are also plenty of activities and enjoyable (Kaprun, Zell am See). Short but good unless you want a lot of luxury in the house, you will have the good.

It is located in the village of Walchen +/- with 18 cows and one bull as neighbors! A nice sight to see coming. Perfect for ski enthusiasts! The beginner mountain with ski school and rental is 750 meters (including night driving in the spotlight is on offer). Kaprun with family or mountain glaciers and Schmittenhoehe in Zell am See are a short distance away and easily accessible by ski bus. Anyone who likes cozy evenings, no Apres Ski missed, not the 100% comfort needed for the cottage is a good retreat. Greeting to Fam. The setting is beautiful and there are plenty of activities to choose from. A walk begins as soon as you step out the door. The cottage is a bit called "kneuterig" but is clean and the beds are fine. Reception was warm and there is a beautiful garden and nice balcony with seating and lounge chairs / umbrella. On the side adjacent to a cow pasture this house / barn, so the smell is free to get and fly to the quantity. That was really a bummer, especially when sitting outside.

Very nice hosts. Fresh flowers and a bottle of Servus there was welcome. Generally, the owner were always so pleasant as possible to make with advice and assistance to the stay. The house is functional and has everything you need, parking right outside the front door, mosquito nets protect against excessive nuisance. The wifi works great for tall people (1.90), the shower, however, are scarce. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

The cottage is a seperate part of a farmers house in the village of Walchen near Piesendorf, situated about 250 meters from the main road to Kaprun and Zell am See. The cottage is easily accessible and close to the (ski) bus stop is also about 250 meters from the cottage. The cottage is pretty, is equipped with all needs, oven and dishwasher in the kitchen, but has only a toilet, unfortunately, also walled in the bathroom. 4 adult skiers that was the morning sometimes a problem.

The house is lovely, small but cosy, with fully equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable, 5 people can easily sleep here. The host is very nice but she doesn't speak English at all, only German (I didn't try other languages). However, she does her best and tries to help with anything.

There's only one problem: right next to the house, right behind the fence there's a cowshed with about 10 cows. They produce quite a smell (although in colder, rainy days it's not so bad) and attract immense number of flies. That makes sitting outside impossible, so breakfast on the patio is not an option. Obviously, flies get inside the house but the host seems to be prepared for this - she left us two fly-flaps.

All in all, the stay was really nice but flies made it worse.

Our cottage was 100% of what you could expect, clean, tidy and a beautiful location. 5 min drive to the slopes of Kaprun and 10 min drive to the ski lift in Zell am See. Super nice family that leaves you completely free but was also very helpful. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy skiing in this beautiful area. For anyone who still wants to go to this area for a holiday, look no further and book this stay with this super nice family who also speak perfect English!

Bernsteiner was a great base for our skiing in Kaprun and Zell am See. Depending on the weather, there was every time a skiable area and we could ski. 6 days fine despite the sometimes high temperatures and strong winds, The cottage is there also well appointed with a spacious hall where the material can dry. The interior of the house is pretty plain and basic.

Cosy cottage with adequate facilities. The shower is only updated and now provides sufficient water, only just warm enough. There were still some teething problems, but these are immediately corrected by the owner. From Walchen gives the ski a good connection to Zell am See. In Kitsteinhorn the compound is problematic. Then you have to actually drive. In our week there was no snow and it was very hot, but we have skied well in the Kitsteinhorn.
