Skiing from October to May and discovering great hiking trails in summer. All this is offered by our house Murmel!
Relax with family and friends in our quiet and family-friendly holiday home in the mountains. Surrounded by meadows and a magnificent mountain view, Haus Murmel is always worth a visit. The skiing and hiking areas of Zell am See / Kaprun are only a few minutes away. In addition, the beautiful Zeller See invites you to swim and golf lovers will get their money's worth with the two 18-hole courses "Schmittenhöhe" and "Kitzsteinhorn"!
Our house offers space for 8 adults and 2-3 children.

The Nagelköpfl adventure mountain in Walchen is a 3-minute drive (1.5 km) away. There you can also find a ski school with ski rental.
The glacier skiing area Kaprun can be reached in about 8 minutes by car (6.5 km).
The skiing area Zell am See can be reached in about 10 minutes by car (7.5 km).
The panoramic cable car to the Kitzbühel ski area can be reached in about 20 minutes by car (23 km).
The well-known Tauernspa can be reached in about 7 minutes by car (5.5 km).
The golf club is about 8 minutes by car (6.3 km) away.
The beautiful Lake Zell can be reached in about 12 minutes by car (12 km). There are 3 lidos here: Zell am See, Thumersbach and Seespitz.
The sailing and surfing school is about 15 minutes by car (13 km) away.
In addition, the beautiful Pinzgau offers many hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty.
A small supermarket (MPREIS MINI) can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot (350 m).

In addition to the rental price and cleaning, a tourist tax of 2.05 euros p.p./day is charged, which is paid on site. As well as a deposit of 300,- Euro, which will be transferred with the booking amount and will be returned within 7 days after departure in case of no damage.

Dear holiday guest, we look forward to you choosing our holiday home Murmel. My husband Constantin and I bought the house in 2021 and have already spent so many wonderful days there! I am a mother of 3 small children and we live in Munich. Constantin is a banker and I am a status quo full-time mother and the three of them keep me on my toes ;) Our house Murmel has been an oasis of peace for us since day one and invites you to slow down!
