The very cosy and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, where you can prepare and enjoy your meal together. Relax together with your loved ones in the idyllic community garden with ornamental pond, seating area and barbecue are available for cozy evenings. Breakfast can be ordered (additional fee).

The town of Walchen is only a stone's throw away from the well-known Kaprun and Zell am See. From the house you can reach beautiful hiking and cycling trails and cross-country ski trails in winter within a few minutes. The ski bus takes you to the Naglköpfl, Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe ski areas in just a few minutes. In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad and various lakes can be reached quickly by car or bus. An absolute highlight in the vicinity are the Krimml Falls.
