Look forward to your vacation in a family atmosphere with the Gassner family - Mariandl's Apartments in Piesendorf - Salzburger Land, on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park.
On the sunny side between Zell am See - Kaprun
Our house offers various types of apartments from a studio for 2 people to a 4-room apartment for 6 people. Individual arrangements of the apartments possible, more information on our website.
Cozy common room for up to 20 people with a kitchen and oven for socializing.
The community terrace with BBQ facilities can be used at any time, right next to it there is a small children's playground with a swing.
At the back of our house, you can relax very well on the cozy sun loungers. Since December 2023, there has been a small wellness area in the basement with a sauna that can accommodate up to 10 people and a small infrared cabin. There is also a small relaxation room for you to unwind and recover. Please register for sauna use at least one day in advance.

Location and surroundings of object
Our apartment house is located in the heart of Piesendorf. The bakery is about 50m away and open on Sundays. The supermarket Nah & Frisch is about 150m away. In winter it is about 200m to the ski school, ski hire and the free ski bus. During summer the Hinkelsteinbad about 250m away, and our fun park. Two beach volleyball courts On the sunny side between Kaprun and Zell am See. Piesendorf is located in the Holiday Region Hohe Tauern National Park at 800 meters above sea level between Zell am See and Kaprun. Away from the main traffic routes Piesendorf is surrounded by mountain pastures, great destinations and many small and big adventures.
