Description
Enjoy the carefree holiday with lots of light, lots of air, lots of sun. A generous living & dining area (33.74 m²) with 3 large patio doors facing south and west awaits you. A comfortable couch and two armchairs invite you to relax, watch TV (TV/Sat, 55 inch flatscreen/ Smart-TV), surf the internet (free WLAN ) or have fun playing games (board games available). The large, 5m long, fully equipped fitted kitchen (with direct and indirect lighting) has a 4-plate cooker (Ceran), oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and other various electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler.
One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (2 separate mattresses each 90 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors, as well as a large desk. The large terrace door faces south.
The other bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable double bed (2 separate mattresses each 80 x 200), a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors and a small table. The two windows face east and are equipped with roller blinds.
The bathroom with WC offers a spacious 140cm x 140cm ground-level shower area and a seating area for comfortable body care. Make-up mirror, hairdryer and clothes horse are provided. The window faces east and the large patio door faces south.
All patio doors in the flat have electrically operated shutters In the hallway is the wardrobe with mirror, shoe bench and umbrella stand.
The 25m² terrace with a view of the Bodden offers plenty of space and is equipped with garden furniture for 4 people and a parasol.
The flat has its own entrance with barrier-free access
The flat is non-smoking. It is furnished all in white, which makes it look very light and airy. Beautiful wood-look tiles (whitewashed beech) also make it easy to maintain. All rooms have underfloor heating.
The shed on the north side of the house is lockable and can be used for bicycle storage. 1 lighted parking space is also available on the north side of the house.
The harbour of Breege (only 250 metres away) is a popular destination and starting point for ferry trips to Hiddensee and Ralswiek for the Störtebeker Festival. Shopping facilities, bakers and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. There are optimal cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the island. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in consideration of allergy sufferers.

Here, on the sunny peninsula of Wittow, Rügen is supposed to be the most beautiful. At least that's what many people from Rügen and holidaymakers who come here again and again claim.
Away from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism, with overcrowded beaches, you will spend a beautiful and relaxing holiday here, in a landscape that is almost left to nature. The seaside resort of Breege/Juliusruh, between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea, offers an eventful stay that will not only be remembered by children.
In Breege you can still see the history of the old fishing village. The harbour and the old captain's houses are witnesses of this era.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches lies along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements.
The lifeguard service at Juliusruh beach ensures safety during the bathing season.
The sunset on the Baltic Sea and over land is always a great spectacle.
When exploring the coastal landscape, with its high coast, you still come across unspoilt beaches. You get the impression of being transported back to prehistoric times - after the Ice Age.
