The holiday home
The apartment Huisje "Meer aan Zee", Beach apartment 48, is located on the ground floor of a residential complex. By car you will first pass a barrier that can be opened with a PIN code. The apartment has its own parking space. In the inner courtyard, children can play to their heart's content in the playground. There is also a trampoline. There is a covered storage area for bicycles. You can also park your bike here.
You enter the apartment in the hallway. There are two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom (shower with thermostatic tap, floating toilet, washbasin), each bedroom has 2 single beds and you can watch TV in bed (SMART flatscreen). If you wish, you can use the new cot (please bring your own mattress protector and bed linen) and the high chair.
The hallway leads into the living room with modern open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences: a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a gas cooker with 4 burners and a refrigerator. The dining table for 4 people invites you to enjoy a cosy meal and the sitting area is fully equipped with a couch, armchairs and a table. The television is not missing here either. In the living room there are also toys, games and books. If it is a little bit colder the underfloor heating makes the apartment warm quickly and comfortably.
From the living room you enter the private garden through the door. Here you will find a wooden table with spacious chairs and a small bench made of solid wood.
There is WLAN in the residence and in the common room there is a washing machine and a dryer.

Enjoy the sun and the beach (100 metres away) in summer, stroll quietly in the evening to the centre of Callantsoog (500 metres away) and have a glass or an ice cream on one of the many terraces, or enjoy the evening sun in the garden with a cup of Nespresso or a glass of wine. In springtime, cycle through the magnificent flower fields, do some nice shopping in Alkmaar or take the ferry and visit the Wadden island Texel. Take the whole family out for a walk on the beach in autumn or winter and warm up with a hot cocoa in one of the beach cafés. Everything goes, in every season, with our luxury apartment, comfortably furnished for 4 persons, as a base for action.
Our beach apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential complex, opposite the road to the beach, from where the centre can be reached on foot. The apartment has 65 square meters of luxury kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dune views. Your dog is also welcome.
We have done everything possible to transform the apartment into a luxurious and comfortable "temporary home" where everyone is welcome. We invite you to come by and enjoy this place. We ourselves relax here every time and then come to rest completely.
The seaside resort Callantsoog is situated in the head of North Holland, which is known as one of the most beautiful areas in the Netherlands. The landscape consists of beach, sea, dunes, polders and flower fields. Callantsoog lies behind the narrowest row of dunes in Holland, which means that you are practically right on the beach. In 2000 all beaches in North Holland were awarded the Blue Flag. This means that the beaches are clean, safe and have adequate facilities. The northern part of North Holland also has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.
Callantsoog is popular all year round; dunes, sea and beach are crossed every season. In summer there are daily events in the village and on the beach. The cosy village centre has several restaurants, terraces and shops that are open all year round. In the summer months the shops are even open until the clock. Inland there are villages and small towns to discover. The many cycle and country paths in this varied area offer every cyclist many possibilities.

- Bij annulering tussen twee maanden voor de dag van aankomt en 21 dagen voor de dag van aankomst is 75% van de huur. Tussen 21 dagen en de dag van aankomst wordt de volledige huursom in rekening gebracht.

Gladly again to Callantsoog
We, a couple with a small dog, spent a very relaxing two-week holiday here. The flat is on the ground floor near the beach and close to the centre of the village. Shopping facilities, restaurants, everything close by. Very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We will be happy to come back

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub im „Meer aan Zee“. Es war alles was man brauchte vorhanden, genügend Platz für 4 Personen, besonders mit den 2 Badezimmern hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und für unsere Kinder war die Auswahl der vorhandenen Spielzeuge und der Spielplatz im Innenhof wirklich toll. Die Lage ist besonders toll wegen der Strandnähe und auch zum Ortskern ist es sehr nah. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful time out
We felt very comfortable in the flat!
The shower is a bit dim and the water splashes into the room despite the shower curtain, but there is a bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. It would be great, especially if you are staying with a dog, if the terrace was separated from the neighbour by a fence or something similar.
The location and the access to the beach is great! The many toys in the flat and the playground right outside the door were also great!

Wundervoller Urlaub am Strand
Wir waren im November in dem Apartment Nummer 48! Der Ort ist klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht! Für Kinder ist es super, dass direkt im Innenhof ein Spielplatz ist. Der Weg zum Strand dauert drei Minuten. Im Apartment ist an alles gedacht! Man braucht nicht mal Spielzeug für die kleinen mitbringen. Wir waren super zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

wederom genoten en als welkomstgeschenk heerlijk zeebanket (chocolaatjes). De weg over direct het duin op een gelijk aan zee. Volgend jaar weer!

Super!!!
Superleuke week gehad in dit appartement. Bijzonder ruim en alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Top locatie met prive parkeerplek, strand op nog geen 5 minuten wandelen. Callantsoog is ook een bijzonder leuk dorp! Voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Super fijn appartement
We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in huisje Meer aan Zee. Het appartement was schoon, van alle gemalken voorzien en de bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst! Alles heedt een frisse uitstraling en de ligging aan de duinen is top! Wij komen zeker nog een keer als alles weer open is en we nog wat andere dingen kunnen bezoeken in deze omgeving! Het is een mooi stukje Nederland in een heel fijn appartement, op en top vakantie!

Topplek
Het huisje was top. De ligging is geweldig, dichtbij het strand, de supermarkt. Eigen parkeerplaats maakt het plaatje compleet.

Geweldig mooi plekje direct aan de zee
Heerlijk weekend gehad in een mooi gestyled appartement. Vanuit de huiskamer kijk je direct op de duinen, binnen 5 min. sta je op het strand. Callantsoog is een klein gezellig dorp met veel voorzieningen. Blij dat we in mei weer mogen!!

Wat een heerlijke plek om vakantie te vieren!
We waren aangenaam verrast, bij aankomst. Heel leuk en comfortabel ingericht huisje en netjes schoon. Er was ook gedacht aan kleine dingen zoals zeeppompjes, Nespressocups en zelf een paar goeie flessen wijn, die we tegen betaling van een klein prijsje konden gebruiken. Het enige nadeel is dat we na 3 nachten alweer maar huis moesten... Wij komen graag een keer terug dus!

"Home away from Home"
Het was een fantastisch verblijf. Je steekt de straat over en je loopt door de prachtige duinen naar het strand. Voor ons zeker geen bestemming voor enkel in de zomer. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, de supermarkt en het dorpsplein zijn op loopafstand. Ook in de buurt zijn er mooie plekken om te ontdekken. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden!
PS, de eigenaren hebben zelfs heerlijke wijnen staan die je (uiteraard) tegen betaling kunt nuttigen. Daarnaast wordt er ook aan de kids gedacht met genoeg speelgoed en is er een speelplaats voor de deur.

Een uitstekend begin van 2021
Een ontzettend prettig verblijf gehad in ‘Huisje meer aan zee’ te Callantsoog. Het huisje is netjes verzorgd, alles is aanwezig. De vloerverwarming was erg comfortabel bij terugkomst van een strandwandeling. Ook bij de slaapkamers aangrenzende badkamers geeft echt een gevoel van luxe.
De kinderen konden super en veilig spelen op de trampoline en de speeltoestellen.
Ligging tegenover strandopgang is ook voortreffelijk!
Graag komen we hier nog een keer terug voor een langer verblijf. Voor nu kon het jaar niet beter van start gaan.

Heerlijk appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien!
We hebben de jaarwisseling doorgebracht in dit fijne appartement. Fijn binnenkomen in een warm appartement, met een presentje voor de gasten. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk dicht bij het strand en het dorpje. In het huisje is het goed toeven. Speelgoed voor de kinderen, een plank vol boeken, goede tv's, vloerverwarming...heerlijk! Wij komen hier graag weer als we een verblijf aan zee zoeken! Bedankt voor de fijne dagen!

Top plekje!
We hebben met ons gezin (2 kinderen) een heerlijk weekend in dit net opgeknapte appartement gehad. Wanneer je aan komt rijden ziet het complex er niet direct uitnodigend uit qua bouwstijl, maar dat is de eigenaar niet aan te rekenen. Overigens is het terrein/ gebouw wel netjes; eigen parkeerplaats, overdekte fietsenstalling, klein speeltuintje met trampoline voor de kids. Eenmaal binnen in het appartement voel je je gelijk thuis, heel leuk ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien, overal is aan gedacht. We voelden ons echt welkom. Tel daar de ligging ten opzichte van dorp en strand bij op; we komen dan ook graag nog een keer terug. Wat ook heel fijn was, snelle reacties van de verhuurder bij onze vragen via email, ook de borg ontvingen we snel weer terug op onze rekening.

Super Appartement, absolute aanrader!!!!!
We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Het contact met de verhuurder ging moeiteloos, snelle reacties op onze vragen. Het appartement ligt op een super locatie, heel dicht bij strand en het dorpje. Het appartement is heel gezellig ingericht, nieuwe meubelen, mooier dan thuis;) en dat is wel eens anders in een vakantiehuisje. We voelden ons hier echt 'thuis'. We komen dan ook heel graag weer.

schönes Appartement mit Blick auf die Dünen
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Schön eingerichtet, alles war da für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ein angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vor der Abreise, auch sehr wichtig für uns. Callantsoog ist ein angenehmer Badeort für Jung und Alt. Alles ist zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen!
