Description
In addition to a spacious bedroom with 2 box spring beds, there is another bedroom with 2 box spring beds, and of course, nightstands with lamps and a large wardrobe. The hallway provides access to both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and ceramic glass cooktops (4). Also available are a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. There is more than enough dishes and cutlery. The living room is equipped with a leather couch and recliner chairs, a 32-inch LCD TV with cable connection (about 7 German channels, maximum offer), DVD player, CD radio iPhone connection, a collection of games and books. For the free Wi-Fi, you just need your own devices, like a mobile phone or laptop. The new bathroom (2021) has a shower, sink, and wall-mounted toilet.
The entire apartment is lovingly and tastefully decorated, making it a comfortable place to stay. The south-facing balcony offers a view of Callantsoog, with sunshine throughout the day and a quiet location as it is well away from the road.
There is a private parking space available for you, and in the courtyard, you can park your bicycles under cover. At the entrance of the complex, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine (3.00 euros per cycle) and a dryer (3.00 euros per cycle).

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is centrally located at the exit of Callantsoog and is equipped for 1-4 people (possibly an extra baby 0-2 years old) with about 65m2. On the first floor. The holiday complex has 46 condominiums, its own parking lot, a playground in the courtyard with a trampoline and slide, swing, and climbing frame. Bicycles can be parked in the covered parking space.
The sea is just a few steps away, only a large dune separates the two. The village center of Callantsoog is cozy and has everything one basically needs: bakery, butcher, drugstore, restaurants, chip shop, and a large supermarket (AH) that is open 7 days a week.

Cancellation terms:

Callantsoog is one of the most famous seaside and holiday destinations on the Dutch North Sea coast with the Blue Flag award. Here, compared to the rest of the Netherlands, there is the least rainfall and the most sunshine. You can enjoy the sea view from the year-round open beach pavilion Woest. In St. Maartenzee, there is the large indoor/outdoor children's amusement park (up to about 12 years) De Goudvis, where only the children pay admission. Directly nearby is the nature reserve 'Zwanenwater', home to rare birds and plants.
12 km away is Schagen with numerous boutiques, terraces, and the traditional weekly market in the summer months on Thursdays. Parking here is usually free, but please pay attention to whether it requires a card and is limited. Visiting the world-famous cheese market (Fridays from April to early September) and the historic old town of Alkmaar (30 km) is a must. Parking here in Overstad is only 3.00-3.50 per day at 2 parking lots. Parking is relatively expensive in the city center.
Den Helder (15 km) also has a lot to offer: Fort Kijkduin and the Naval Museum with a submarine. From here, you can also take a boat to Texel for a day trip. In Amsterdam (60 km) apart from shopping, there are museums: Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, and the Hermitage. Here, you have to pay for parking everywhere; it's easy to get there by train from Schagen to Amsterdam CS.
Haarlem is also a very beautiful city, with a large church and marketplace.

Beautiful holiday apartment with a great location to the beach.

Beautiful stay
We arrived with three adults and a toddler. We (a couple) and our son with our granddaughter (1 1/2 years old) had plenty of space in the cozy furnished apartment. It is furnished with "a lot of heart." The two bedrooms were large, as was the living/cooking area and the bathroom (with a walk-in shower). The furnishings were also great. We also used the balcony while the little one took her afternoon nap. The beach was only a few minutes' walk away (just over the dune). The town center was also only a few minutes' walk away. Our cars could be parked in the parking lot belonging to the building complex. Overall, there was nothing missing. We had a lovely week and can recommend the vacation apartment with a clear conscience :-)

Wonderful family vacation
We stayed with our one-year-old daughter for a week in the Bakker family's apartment. The apartment has been decorated with lots of love and was very clean. A high chair and a cot were provided free of charge. Downstairs there was a play tower, a swing, and a trampoline where our daughter could let off steam while we could drink coffee at the picnic table. There was also a washing machine and a dryer that could be used for a small fee. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away and the town center is also very close. We had a really great time and would love to come back anytime!

Tolles Wohlfühl Appartement
Great apartment, very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything is available. You can feel at home. Mrs. Bakker immediately replied to all questions we had. The location was excellent. We will definitely come back. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Hello dear vacationers, We are the Bakker family, spouses Andre and Gina, with children Julien, Louise, Marielle, and Nathalie. Andre was born and raised in Callantsoog, but now we live in Alkmaar. I am the child of German parents, but have lived almost my entire life here in Alkmaar. We acquired and renovated our Apartment 33 (also own Apartment 16) in 2010. The matter is fun and we enjoy taking care of our vacationers and reading the repeatedly praising reviews and guestbook entries. Since we handle the rental ourselves, you can always expect to book an optimal property where the vacation can start right away. Should there ever be a problem, we live nearby. Due to the optimal location, quietly situated at the back, so almost no traffic noise, our apartment is highly recommended. The south-facing balcony is sunny from morning until early evening, very pleasant in spring and autumn as well. Private parking lot.
