Description
The apartment "Huisje beach" (Beach Apartment 46) is located on the ground floor of a condominium. By car you get only past a barrier that can be opened with a chip. The apartment has its own parking. In the courtyard, the children can play on the playground to their hearts content. There is also a petanque and trampoline. There is also a covered bicycle shed. You can also leave your packed bike here.
You enter the apartment in the hallway. There are three double bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom (shower with thermostatic valve, floating toilet, sink). Each sheep room has 2 single beds (1 bedroom has a bunk bed). If you wish, you can use the cot (please take himself a mattress protectors and bed linen) and high chair use.
The hallway leads into the living room with modern open kitchen. The kitchen has all the conveniences: a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a gas cooker with 5 burners and a refrigerator. The dining table for 6 people invites from pleasant dining and seating area is fully equipped with a couch, chairs and a table. Here no lack of TV. In the living room there are also toys, games and books. If it is a little colder makes underfloor heating the apartment quickly and comfortably warm.
From the living room you walk through the door to the private garden. Here is a wooden table with generous chairs.

In summer, enjoy the sun and the beach (100 meters away), you can stroll in the evening quietly at the center of Schagen (500 meters away) and drink there a glass or eat an ice cream at one of the many terraces, or enjoy the evening sun in the garden with a cup of Nespresso or a glass of wine. Drive in the spring bike through the beautiful flower fields, you make nice shopping in Alkmaar or take the ferry and visit the Wadden island of Texel. Grab the family, fresh air on the beach during a fall or winter walk and warm up with a hot chocolate in one of the beach cafes. Everything goes, in every season, with our 6 people comfortably furnished luxury apartment as a base of operations.

This is not the greatest part, but rather important, we believe, so clear in advance what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. These terms of rental apply for Huisje Huisje beach and Geluk aan Zee. Information about our two apartments are elsewhere on the site. Speaking of "apartment", we mean the Appartmenent that you have hired (Huisje Huisje beach or Geluk aan Zee).
The liability of the Landlord The owner of the apartments ensures that the apartment and grounds are in solid state and which is equipped with an inventory that Wohung, as described on the website.
Liability of the tenant The tenant is the apartment and the surrounding area live in a good and ordentiche way. The tenant is liable for any damage or loss to the apartment, on land, on inventory and on Mobilar that are incurred during the stay by him or his co-tenants. Repair or replacement is at the expense of the tenant (or the liability insurance of the tenant). The tenant must take care of liability insurance himself.
Stay in the apartment The apartment is available all year for rental. In high season we rent the apartment only a week. In the off season we also rent for a weekend or midweek. Smoking and fire furniture must remain inside. The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace. Open fires are prohibited outside.
Reservation, booking and payment of apartments
Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. After pre-payment of 25% of total rental booking is final and will be reserved the apartment for you. The rest of the rent must be paid at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period. Payment is only possible by bank transfer. Cancellation by the tenant A cancellation must be reported always writing (via mail or e-mail). Here, the following applies: advance payments will not be returned. We recommend a cancellation insurance with your bank or your insurance company to complete.
• For cancellation up to two months prior to arrival we will charge 50% of rental.
• For cancellation between two months and 21 days before arrival date we charge 75% of rental.
• For cancellation from the 21st day (inclusive) until the arrival date will be charged 100% of rental.
• The tenant must take care of a cancellation insurance yourself.
Departure and you must leave the apartment in the following way:
• Besenrein
• All dishes washed clean, dried and put into the barriers
• Trash bags, empty bottles and waste paper in the litter box
• Duvets and possibly laundry folded at the foot

This cozy cottage is set to toddlers. There is a cot, a baby chair and a little toy.

Dreamlike! Everything great?
Upon arrival, everything was great, the whole process was absolutely smooth and uncomplicated. There was chocolate for the greeting and treats for the dog, a really lovely gesture. The whole vacation was simply wonderful, relaxing, and the location was great. We will come back again and again...

Toller Strandurlaub in Callantsoog
Wir waren schon öfter in Callantsoog aber das erste Mal in dieser Ferienunterkünft. Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und hat super für vier Erwachsene und einen Hund ausgereicht. Jedes der drei Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, was perfekt für uns war.
Das Angebot Wein oder Cafékapseln gegen einen kleinen Preis direkt in der Unterkunft nehmen zu können fanden wir eine ganz tolle Idee.
Die Unterkunft hat eine Außenterrasse was eigentl. sehr gut ist, leider fehlte uns die Option grillen zu dürfen, was gerade im Sommer sehr schade ist. Ansonsten war in der Wohnung alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir freuen uns bald wieder zu kommen.

Schöner Urlaub!
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Strandaufgang. Auf der Terrasse konnte man nach dem Strandbesuch auch noch schön in der Sonne sitzen. Besonders gut hat unserem Enkel sein Kinderzimmer, mit sogar einer Spielküche, gefallen. Es waren viele Spielsachen und Sandspielzeug vorhanden. Es gab auch einen Bollerwagen.
Wir würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder hier verbringen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Heerlijk weekend naar zee
Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van het 6 persoons huis in callantsoog.
Het huis is zeer sfeervol ingericht en wat wij een groot pluspunt vonden is dat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer en toilet heeft.
Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen.
De kinderslaapkamer was ook heel mooi ingericht onze kinderen wisten zich ook daar goed te vermaken.
Ook heeft het huisje een perfecte liging, je loopt vanuit de woning gelijk de duin op en je bent al bij het strand.
Idiaal als horeca gesloten is i.v.m. corona.
Wij konden snel even heen en weer lopen voor een borrel of een glas warme chocolademelk.
Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Enorm genoten!

Leuk verblijf dicht bij zee “ Strandhuys”
Wij hadden direct bij binnenkomst van de accommodatie een warm en fijn welkom gevoel. Mede door de sfeervolle indeling en gezellige inrichting. De locatie ligt op een geweldige plek, binnen 5 minuten sta je op het strand. De golven kun je zelfs horen als je op het terras zit in de tuin! Leuke strandtenten, waar je heerlijke cocktails kunt drinken. De steden zoals Alkmaar en Den Helder liggen op nog geen 30 min rijden en de pittoreske dorpjes zoals Bergen en Schagen ook. Wij hebben enorm genoten van een week verblijf in het “strandhuys aan zee” Callantsoog. Wij zullen anderen vertellen over deze accommodatie en komen zeker nog graag eens terug!

Fijn (t)huis vlakbij zee en centrum
Wat hebben we genoten in dit appartement 'Strandhuys aan Zee'. De ligging is geweldig, het mooie strand van Callantsoog is zo dichtbij! Een duintje over en je bent er. Omdat het weer wat wisselvallig was zijn we veel in het huisje geweest. Dat was zeker geen straf, speelgoed, spelletjes, boeken en tijdschriften waren meer dan voldoende aanwezig om de dagen goed door te komen. En was het even droog, dan snel naar het strand of het dorp voor een ijsje van IJsie Prima, heerlijk! We komen heel erg graag weer naar dit Luxe huisje aan Zee!

Mooie accommodatie op een ''top'' locatie. 100/150mtr van strand. O.a. goede bedden , net servies, Keurig ingericht, ruimte zat voor 6 personen en hond.

Mooi appartement op prachtlocatie
Het appartement is heerlijk ruim en mooi ingericht. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. En de locatie is prachtig. Een afzuigsysteem in de inpandige badkamers zou wat ons betreft wel welkom zijn.

Fantastische plek!
De mooiste plekjes wil ik misschien wel voor mezelf houden maar dat is ook niet helemaal eerlijk he?! Dit is een heerlijk huisje op een heerlijk plekje. Net aan de voet van de strandopgang, van alle gemakken voorzien en knus ingericht.

Wij komen terug!
Op dag 2 van ons verblijf hebben wij direct een week geboekt voor de zomervakantie. Dat zegt genoeg over hoe tevreden wij zijn. Het appartement is ruim en netjes maar ook zeer compleet. Speelgoed en spelletjes, een kast vol boeken en tijdschriften. Aan alles is gedacht. We voelden ons zeer welkom en hebben samen met onze kinderen erg genoten.

Wie schöööööööön!
Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes großzügiges Appartement in sensationeller Lage! Im rückwärtigen Teil der Anlage ist ein toller Spielplatz, der unseren 4- und 6-jährigen Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, obwohl im EG gelegen. Es hat auch genügend Platz für ein Hundebettchen. Eigentlich wollte niemand schon nach 2 1/2 Wochen nach Hause ... einzig der Platz im Schrank des Elternschlafzimmers ist ungünstig erreichbar und Besteck war zuweilen etwas knapp. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall allen weiter, die gern ihre Ferien in einer bezaubernden Wohnung verbringen wollen!

Tolle Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell im Dorf und schnell am Strand. Es gibt 3 Schlafräume mit je einem Bad, das ist wirklich Luxus. Die Betten waren 2 von uns 4 Erwachsenen zu weich, ich selbst habe sehr gut geschlafen. Wir empfehlen das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sehr schönen undAppartement. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Nähe zum kleinen Zentrum von Callantsoog sowie zum Strand war klasse. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Spielplatz, den die Kinder gerne genutzt haben. Alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht findet man hier. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt!
