The apartment Huisje Geluk aan Zee, Beach Apartment 47, located on the ground floor of a condominium. By car you get only past a barrier that can be opened with a chip. The apartment has its own parking. In the courtyard, the children can play on the playground to their hearts content. There is also a petanque and trampoline. There is also a covered bicycle shed. You can also leave your packed bike here.
You enter the apartment in the hallway. Here are the two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom (shower with thermostatic valve, floating toilet, sink). Each sheep room has 2 single beds and can be in bed comfortably watch TV (flat screen). If you wish, you can use the new cot (please take himself a mattress protectors and bed linen) and high chair use.
The hallway leads into the living room with modern open kitchen. The kitchen has all the conveniences: a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a gas cooker with 4 rings and a fridge. The dining table for 4 loads of pleasant dining and seating area is fully equipped with a couch, chairs and a table. Here no lack of TV. In the living room there are also toys, games and books. If it is a little colder makes underfloor heating the apartment quickly and comfortably warm.
From the living room you walk through the door to the private garden. Here is a wooden table with generous chairs and a small bench in solid wood.
In the residential complex has Wi-Fi and in the common room there is a washer and dryer. Tokens can be bought from the caretaker.

This is not the greatest part, but rather important, we believe, so clear in advance what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. These terms of rental apply for Huisje Huisje beach and Geluk aan Zee. Information about our two apartments are elsewhere on the site. Speaking of "apartment", we mean the Appartmenent that you have hired (Huisje Huisje beach or Geluk aan Zee).
The liability of the Landlord The owner of the apartments ensures that the apartment and grounds are in solid state and which is equipped with an inventory that Wohung, as described on the website.
Liability of the tenant The tenant is the apartment and the surrounding area live in a good and ordentiche way. The tenant is liable for any damage or loss to the apartment, on land, on inventory and on Mobilar that are incurred during the stay by him or his co-tenants. Repair or replacement is at the expense of the tenant (or the liability insurance of the tenant). The tenant must take care of liability insurance himself.
Stay in the apartment The apartment is available all year for rental. In high season we rent the apartment only a week. In the off season we also rent for a weekend or midweek. Weekend: Friday from until Monday Midweek: Monday from 15:00 until Friday 10:00. Smoking and fire furniture must remain inside. The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace. Open fires are prohibited outside.
Reservation, booking and payment of apartments
Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. After pre-payment of 25% of total rental booking is final and will be reserved the apartment for you. The rest of the rent must be paid at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period. Payment is only possible by bank transfer. Cancellation by the tenant A cancellation must be reported always writing (via mail or e-mail). Here, the following applies: advance payments will not be returned. We recommend a cancellation insurance with your bank or your insurance company to complete.
• For cancellation up to two months prior to arrival we will charge 50% of rental.
• For cancellation between two months and 21 days before arrival date we charge 75% of rental.
• For cancellation from the 21st day (inclusive) until the arrival date will be charged 100% of rental.
• The tenant must take care of a cancellation insurance yourself.
Departure and you must leave the apartment in the following way:

This cozy cottage is set to toddlers. There is a cot, a baby chair and a little toy.

Very nice vacation apartment.
Everything you need is available here. No wishes were left unfulfilled. Everything was very clean, and even our dogs felt very comfortable.

Not so good for seniors
The apartment was clean, the sofa is not suitable for older people. It is difficult to get up from it. And there are few storage options in the bathroom and there are too few hangers available.

Enjoyed!
Once again, we greatly enjoyed the beautiful cottage with our little family. We were there in November, but even then there is plenty to do in the area, and this cottage is a very pleasant holiday spot. We will definitely come back!

Great little house, right by the dunes. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.
We really enjoyed staying in this cottage and the surrounding area. Spacious house, right by the dunes, you can be on the beach in 2 minutes. The house is spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Beautiful surroundings with lovely walking and cycling routes. Nice town with lots of terraces. We definitely hope to come back again.

Fantastic!
We had a wonderful time here again! Even in winter and during this COVID period, this is a great place to be. We spent hours walking as a family with our dog along the beach. You can also buy coffee to go or something else delicious at the beach pavilions. Albert Heijn, the bakery, and butcher are within walking distance. It was very nice for us to get out of our house during this lockdown! We are considering staying for another week, since the wifi is great and you can work from here and the kids can attend their online classes. The cottage is exactly as described on the website: beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and tidy. The location is perfect; right behind the dunes, you can easily reach the beach. Highly recommended!

Great location - somewhat noisy
We really enjoyed being there. The location is ideal - short distances to the beach or to the village. We already knew the large apartment next door for 6 people. Now we were only three on the road, so we chose this apartment. The guest folder was quite tattered and outdated (event tips from 2015) and we couldn't find the Wi-Fi password right away. The local caretaker helped us immediately. Top! Unfortunately, we had smokers next door - the smoke came directly over to us and into the apartment, as the terraces are closely located. In the second week, the apartment was occupied by a large family who behaved quite loudly and inconsiderately. Otherwise, everything was good!

perfect getaway
through the "back exit" towards the dunes, with a truly spectacular view, you feel like you are in an independent holiday home in the middle of the dunes. Simply to feel good!
The furnishings are very tasteful and the kitchen has everything you need!
You can't see the road between the flat and the dune from the flat and it didn't bother us at all
We were two adults with a dog and enjoyed the days very much.
The beach and the sea so close..., shopping, restaurants all within walking distance.

Beautiful holiday
We felt very comfortable in the flat. The location is simply unbeatable. Out of the garden, once across the road and you are already in the dunes and directly on the beach
What I find nice, especially with pets, is when there is a separate garden, here is a fence to one side, to the other side the area is unfortunately open but that is really only a minimal point of complaint
The rooms are all very friendly and thanks to the two bathrooms with shower, there is no more congestion in front of the bathroom door!
The living area is very lovingly designed and invites you to feel at home.

Happiness is...Vacation in the Beach Apartment
We were able to spend wonderful days in this beautiful apartment. From booking to saying goodbye - an all-around great experience for humans and dogs! The apartment is very individually and comfortably furnished. The living kitchen is well equipped, the beds very comfortable, the garden invites you to relax. For children, there is plenty of toys and even a playground right outside the door. Even our four-legged friend was taken care of - with welcome treats and two great dog bowls. There was nothing left to be desired! The location and surroundings are wonderful. The beach is just a short walk away. There are shopping options and many restaurants nearby. We arrived and didn't use the car the whole time. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. We would love to come back!

What luck at the sea!
We immediately felt right at home in this lovely cottage by the sea. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday! The cottage is tastefully decorated and every little detail has been thought of!
The cottage was clean and the communication with the landlord was excellent, quick responses and the security deposit was promptly refunded to our account after returning home. We would love to come back again!
