The apartment Huisje Geluk aan Zee, Beach Apartment 47, located on the ground floor of a condominium. By car you get only past a barrier that can be opened with a chip. The apartment has its own parking. In the courtyard, the children can play on the playground to their hearts content. There is also a petanque and trampoline. There is also a covered bicycle shed. You can also leave your packed bike here.
You enter the apartment in the hallway. Here are the two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom (shower with thermostatic valve, floating toilet, sink). Each sheep room has 2 single beds and can be in bed comfortably watch TV (flat screen). If you wish, you can use the new cot (please take himself a mattress protectors and bed linen) and high chair use.
The hallway leads into the living room with modern open kitchen. The kitchen has all the conveniences: a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a gas cooker with 4 rings and a fridge. The dining table for 4 loads of pleasant dining and seating area is fully equipped with a couch, chairs and a table. Here no lack of TV. In the living room there are also toys, games and books. If it is a little colder makes underfloor heating the apartment quickly and comfortably warm.
From the living room you walk through the door to the private garden. Here is a wooden table with generous chairs and a small bench in solid wood.

In summer, enjoy the sun and the beach (100 meters away), you can stroll in the evening quietly at the center of Schagen (500 meters away) and drink there a glass or eat an ice cream at one of the many terraces, or enjoy the evening sun in the garden with a cup of Nespresso or a glass of wine. Drive in the spring bike through the beautiful flower fields, you make nice shopping in Alkmaar or take the ferry and visit the Wadden island of Texel. Grab the family, fresh air on the beach during a fall or winter walk and warm up with a hot chocolate in one of the beach cafes. Everything goes, in every season, with our for 4 persons comfortably furnished luxury apartment as a base of operations.
Our Beach apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential complex, the way to the beach across from where the center can be reached on foot. The apartment has 65 square meters, a luxury kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dune view. Your dog is also welcome.
We have done everything possible, to a luxurious and comfortable "temporary home" to convert the apartment, where everyone is welcome. We invite you to come by and this place to enjoy. We ourselves we relax here every time and then will fully relax.
The seaside resort of Callantsoog is the head of North Holland, which is known as one of the most beautiful areas in the Netherlands. The landscape consists of beach, sea, dunes, polders and bulb fields. Callantsoog lies behind the narrowest range of dunes in Holland, so you are practically on the beach. In 2000, all the beaches in North Holland got the Blue Flag. This means that the beaches are clean and safe and have adequate facilities. This is not the greatest part, but rather important, we believe, so clear in advance what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. These terms of rental apply for Huisje Huisje beach and Geluk aan Zee. Information about our two apartments are elsewhere on the site. Speaking of "apartment", we mean the Appartmenent that you have hired (Huisje Huisje beach or Geluk aan Zee).
The liability of the Landlord The owner of the apartments ensures that the apartment and grounds are in solid state and which is equipped with an inventory that Wohung, as described on the website.
Liability of the tenant The tenant is the apartment and the surrounding area live in a good and ordentiche way. The tenant is liable for any damage or loss to the apartment, on land, on inventory and on Mobilar that are incurred during the stay by him or his co-tenants. Repair or replacement is at the expense of the tenant (or the liability insurance of the tenant). The tenant must take care of liability insurance himself.
Stay in the apartment The apartment is available all year for rental. In high season we rent the apartment only a week. In the off season we also rent for a weekend or midweek. Reservation, booking and payment of apartments

Cancellation by the tenant A cancellation must be reported always writing (via mail or e-mail). Here, the following applies: advance payments will not be returned. We recommend a cancellation insurance with your bank or your insurance company to complete.
• For cancellation up to two months prior to arrival we will charge 50% of rental.
• For cancellation between two months and 21 days before arrival date we charge 75% of rental.
• For cancellation from the 21st day (inclusive) until the arrival date will be charged 100% of rental.
• The tenant must take care of a cancellation insurance yourself.
Departure and you must leave the apartment in the following way:

Top Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.
Hier ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sehr sauber und auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Die Nähe zum tollen Strand ist super.
Herzlichen Dank auch für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk, Leckerlies für die Hunde und für uns.

Für Senioren nicht so Gut
Die Wohnung war Sauber, das Sofa ist für alte Menschen nicht geeignet. Es ist Schwer da wieder aufzustehen. Und im Bad sind viel Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten und es sind zuwenig Bügel Vorhanden
Ansonsten ist für junge Menschen ok

Genoten!
Wederom enorm genoten van het prachtige huisje met ons gezinnetje. We waren er in november maar ook dan is er veel te doen in de omgeving en is dit huisje een hele fijne vakantieplek. We komen zeker weer terug!

Geweldig huisje, direct aan de duinen
Wat hebben we genoten in dit huisje en van de omgeving. Ruim huis, direct aan de duinen, met 2 minuten sta je op het strand. Huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Schitterende omgeving met mooie wandel- en fietsroutes.
Leuk stadje, met veel terassen.
We hopen zeker nog eens terug te komen

Prachtig gelegen
Heerlijk weekend gehad. Appartement ligt prachtig aan de duinen. Je loopt binnen paar minuten op het strand!!

Fantastisch!
We hebben het hier weer heerlijk gehad! Zelfs in de winter en tijdens deze COVIDtijd is dit een fijne plek om te zijn. We hebben uren gewandeld als gezin met onze hond langs het strand. Ook kun je bij de strandtenten koffie to go kopen of iets anders lekkers. Albert Heijn, de bakker en slager zijn op loopafstand. Voor ons was het tijdens deze lockdown heel fijn om even uit ons huis te zijn! We overwegen om nog een weekje te gaan, aangezien de wifi top is en je dus ook vanuit hier kunt werken en de kinderen de online lessen kunnen volgen. Het huisje is precies zoals beschreven op de site: mooi ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en netjes. De ligging is perfect; direct achter de duinen, je staat zo op het strand. Een echte aanrader!

Schöner Familien-Urlaub
Wir, Familie mit zwei Teenager, haben das Ferienhaus sauber und komplett ausgestattet vorgefunden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zu Fuss, besser noch mit dem Rad, alles vor Ort erreichbar. Wetter war top.

Tolle Lage - etwas hellhörig
Wir waren sehr gerne dort. Die Lage ist ideal - kurze Wege zum Strand oder in den Ort. Die große Wohnung nebenan für 6 Personen kannten wir schon. Nun waren wir nur zu dritt unterwegs, deshalb diese Wohnung.
Die Gästemappe war reichlich zerfleddert und veraltet (Veranstaltungstipps von 2015) und wir fanden das Wlan-Passwort nicht gleich. Der Hausmeister vor Ort hat uns sofort geholfen. Top!
Leider hatten wir Raucher nebenan - der Rauch zog direkt zu uns rüber und in die Wohnung, da die Terrassen eng nebeneinander liegen. In der zweiten Woche war die Wohnung mit einer Großfamilie belegt, die sich ziemlich laut und rücksichtslos verhalten hat.
Sonst war alles gut!

perfect getaway
through the "back exit" towards the dunes, with a truly spectacular view, you feel like you are in an independent holiday home in the middle of the dunes. Simply to feel good!
The furnishings are very tasteful and the kitchen has everything you need!
You can't see the road between the flat and the dune from the flat and it didn't bother us at all
We were two adults with a dog and enjoyed the days very much.
The beach and the sea so close..., shopping, restaurants all within walking distance.
We can absolutely recommend this flat.

Beautiful holiday
We felt very comfortable in the flat. The location is simply unbeatable. Out of the garden, once across the road and you are already in the dunes and directly on the beach
What I find nice, especially with pets, is when there is a separate garden, here is a fence to one side, to the other side the area is unfortunately open but that is really only a minimal point of complaint
The rooms are all very friendly and thanks to the two bathrooms with shower, there is no more congestion in front of the bathroom door!
The living area is very lovingly designed and invites you to feel at home.

Glück ist...Urlaub im Beachappartement
Wir durften wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen Appartement verbringen. Von der Buchung bis zur Verabschiedung - ein rundum tolles Erlebnis für Mensch und Hund! Das Appartement ist sehr individuell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnküche ist super ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem, der Garten lädt zum Faulenzen ein. Für Kinder gibt es reichlich Spielzeug und sogar einen Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür. Selbst an unseren Vierbeiner wurde gedacht - mit Begrüßungsleckerlies und zwei tollen Hundenäpfen. Da blieb kein Wunsch offen! Die Lage und Umgebung ist herrlich. Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants gibt es gleich in der Nähe. Wir sind angekommen und haben das Auto die ganze Zeit nicht benutzt. Die Gegend kann man bestens zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erkunden. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Traumhaften Wohnung
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in einer traumhaften Wohnung. Alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht findet man hier. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht nach Hause. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Lage direkt am Meer und nahe der kleinen Stadt ist super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Wat een Geluk aan Zee!
Wij voelden ons gelijk helemaal thuis in dit lieve huisje aan zee. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie! Het huisje is smaakvol ingericht en aan werkelijk alles is gedacht!
Het huisje was schoon en het contact met de verhuurder liep prima, snelle reacties en de borg werd ook snel na thuiskomst weer op onze rekening terug gestort. We komen graag nog eens terug!
