Beach Apartment 40 is located on the second floor and is nicely furnished for max. 4 persons.
The living room has a cosy sitting area with flat screen TV with digital reception (German channels) and DVD player. Open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Dining table for 4. From the living room and one of the bedrooms there are French doors leading to the double balcony (SW).
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub with shower option, washbasin and toilet.
Terrace furniture is provided, as well as 2 comfortable and adjustable sun chairs.

The Beach Apartments are located at the end of Callantsoog directly opposite the beach entrance, only about 100 m from the beach and only a few hundred meters from the center of the village with shops, terraces and restaurants. In the village there is also a bicycle rental (bicycles, handcart, etc.).
Callantsoog is a former fishing village and is one of the few seaside resorts in the province of North Holland that lies directly on the sea
The centre of the village has an atmosphere with its shops, restaurants and cafés with 'convivial' terraces. For the sporty ones there are numerous possibilities: Swimming, fishing, horse riding, tennis, squash, cycling and hiking.
In the immediate vicinity of the village a large part of the dunes belong to the nature reserve "Zwanenwater". This nature reserve, consisting of dunes, marshes, lakes and forest, covers about 550 hectares and is home to the largest spoonbill colony in Europe, together with herons, little egrets and gulls.
The dune belt in the centre is narrow and you can reach the beach in no time. The beach extends for miles in both directions. At the end of Callantsoog the beautiful Zijpen polder landscape with typical North Dutch farms, windmills and the most beautiful fishing spots begins.
The harbour town Den Helder is about 15 km away - there you will find the famous Naval Museum.
From the historic city of Alkmaar, with its beautiful shops and the famous cheese market, you can reach the centre of Amsterdam in about 40 minutes by train.

- ab 60.Tag bis 35.Tag vor Reisebeginn 50% des Reisepreises
- ab 34.Tag bis 2.Tag vor Reisebeginn 90% des Reisepreises Bei einem späterem Rücktritt oder bei Nichtantritt der Reise ist der gesamte Reisepreis fällig. Maßgeblich ist immer der Eingang der schriftlichen Rücktrittserklärung bei I-Projekt. Die Buchungsgebühr wird bei einem Reiserücktritt generell nicht erstattet.
